1. OBJETIVO
El presente Análisis de Esfuerzos, forma parte del proyecto “SERVICIO DE COMPRESIÓN DE GAS LA BATERÍA SANTUARIO”; los esfuerzos actuantes en losENarreglos de tuberías de proceso,para por verificar la acciónque de las combinaciones de cargas consideradas en el análisis, deben ser menores a los esfuerzos permisibles indicados en el código ASME B31.3 “Process Piping: piping typically found in petroleum refineries; chemicol, pharmaceutical, textile, paper, semiconductor,, and cryogenic plants”. semiconductor Toda la tubería, válvulas, bridas y conexiones empleadas, cumplen con los estándares y especificaciones establecidas en la norma ASME B31.3, considerando el tipo de hidrocarburo a transportar, y las condiciones de diseño así como la compatibilidad de los materiales. 2. ALCANCE Este reporte comprende el Análisis Estático de Esfuerzos del Sistema de Tuberías de Desfogue (8 Pulgadas) y determinar si la ruta propuesta de la tubería así como el sistema de soportería es el adecuado para soportar las cargas que se generan bajo las condiciones de diseño; con la finalidad de determinar si el comportamiento mecánico estructural que se presenta en el sistema bajo dichas condiciones es el adecuado en base a lo establecido en la Norma NRF - 032 - PEMEX - 2012 “Sistemas de Tubería en Plantas Industriales - Diseño y Especificaciones de Materiales” y el Código ASME B31.3.
El análisis de esfuerzos, estudia el comportamiento estructural y verifica si el espesor actual del sistema de tuberías es adecuado para resistir los esfuerzos que se presentan bajo las condiciones por las y temperatura, las cargas externas y impuestas las ocasionales porcargas Sismo,internas Viento yde la presión Combinación de estos. por Así como se revisa la configuración geométrica geométrica del sistema de tuberías. Los valores de aceleración para la simulación de un sismo característico del municipio de Cárdenas, Estado de Tabasco, fue tomada de acuerdo al Manual de diseño por Sismo de la CFE Ed. 2008. Considerando a Cárdenas en la Zona Sísmica B con un suelo tipo III, el factor de aceleración es considerado como 0.408 para el valor de la meseta del espectro de diseño. Se realizó la simulación por viento de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos en el documento Bases de Usuario y verificado con el MDOC - CFE - 2008. Para el desarrollo de este Análisis, se empleó el Software de Análisis de Esfuerzos “CAESAR II”, Versión V8i Plus Edition, puesto que CAESAR II satisface los requerimientos de diseño conforme al código ASME B31.3, Utilizado para el diseño de los sistemas de tubería. Las características principales del programa son:
Utiliza la teoría del elemento finito para analizar sistemas de tuberías complejos sujetos a cargas estáticas y dinámicas.
Los sistemas de tuberías pueden estar sujetos a cargas operacionales y ambientales.
El programa cuenta con librerías de accesorios y materiales de tubería, conforme a los códigos y normatividad empleados en la práctica común. 2

CAESAR II permite la representación gráfica del modelo del sistema de tuberías, al mismo tiempo que se introducen los datos para la generación de dicho sistema. En la figura de arriba, se indica el punto en donde se presenta el esfuerzo máximo en todo el sistema. Este esfuerzo es generado por las fuerzas de desfogue de la PSV - 250 más las cargas de operación en el sistema de desfogue. Se realiza un segundo análisis con soportes adicionales como se muestra en la figura anterior, se indica el punto en donde se presenta el esfuerzo máximo en todo el sistema, este esfuerzo es generado por las combinaciones de cargas Estáticas y Dinámicas. De acuerdo a la norma API 520 - RP (Sizing, Selection, and Installation of PressureRelieving Devices in Refineries) practicas recomendadas en su parte 2 y el ASME B31.3. Recomiendan soportes guías lo más cercano a los arreglos de tuberías de las válvulas de seguridad de desfogue (PSV - 251) para estabilizar al sistema de las fuerzas generadas por la apertura de la válvula de seguridad.
ESFUERZO MÁXIMO EN TODO EL SISTEMA PSV - 251.
Se realiza un segundo análisis con soportes adicionales como se muestra en la figura de arriba, se indica el punto en donde se presenta el esfuerzo máximo en todo el sistema, este esfuerzo es generado por las combinaciones de cargas Estáticas y Dinámicas. Como se observa, la relación de esfuerzo actuante / esfuerzo permisible es del orden del 41 % del permitido por el código ASME B31.3, por lo que se concluye que el sistema trabaja satisfactoriamente y CUMPLE en cuanto a flexibilidad y a esfuerzos en todo el sistema de tuberías.

8. CONCLUSIONES
Después de haber realizado el Análisis de esfuerzos al “SERVICIO DE COMPRESIÓN DE GAS EN LA BATERÍA SANTUARIO”, sé concluye lo siguiente: Todas las variables de importancia en el sistema integral fueron completamente analizadas, revisadas y llevadas hasta los valores que permiten la operación segura del sistema de tuberías para las condiciones operacionales establecidas. Los esfuerzos máximos actuantes en la tubería, se encuentran dentro de los rangos permisibles establecidos por el código norma ASME B31.3 “Process Piping: piping typically found in petroleum refineries; chemicol, pharmaceutical, textile, paper, semiconductor,, and cryogenic plants”. semiconductor Cualquier desviación de la ingeniería propuesta debe ser consultada con la Compañía NUVOIL y el trabajo terminado debe ser sujeto a un “As - Built” integral antes de las pruebas y puesta en operación. Comentarios para el cliente.
Es de primordial importancia cumplir con lo establecido en la ingeniería de detalle desarrollada en este proyecto con la finalidad de asegurar lo descrito en este reporte técnico y por consecuencia el adecuado funcionamiento del sistema de tuberías.
Cualquier cambio en trazo, soportería, puntos de conexión, perfiles u otro que difiera de la ingeniería de detalle y de las recomendaciones de este reporte, deberá consultarse con NUVOIL con la finalidad de establecer la solución que afecte lo menos posible los resultados de la ingeniería original.
