IS CARBON Melanin means 'Black amino' and is a color pigment composed of a hydrocarbon chain which has various amino (nitrogen-based) compounds attached to it. It is carbon that gives melanin its Blackness. Carbon is the organizing molecule that gives melanin its structure. It is carbon that gives melanin the ability to absorb energy and bind with other molecules while retaining stability and coherence. Beyond carbon, there are two other elements that are important to the structure of melanin: copper and sulfur. Copper is incorporated into the melanin molecule through the amino acid tyrosine. Tyronsinase is an organometallic amino compound that is organized around carbon, nitrogen, and copper. This amino acid is: the catalyst for melanin reproduction, and the amino compound that facilitates melanin‟s ability to conduct many Electromagnetic frequencies.

Sulfur is incorporated into the melanin molecule through the amino compound cysteine. Cysteine is an amino compound that is organized around sulfur, nitrogen,

and carbon. This amino acid facilitates melanin‟s heat and energy transference. In other words, it allows melanin to create or release heat as is needed for the body. cysteine also cleanses and purifies melanin by „burning off‟ toxic elements that have been absorbed within melanin. Melanin, sometimes referred to as a chemical, is formed as part of the process of metabolizing an amino acid called tyrosine. When observing a Periodic Table of the Elements, it has been discovered and recorded, the chemical amounts in numerical form. Valency of carbon (that is basis of life on the Earth) is four. Also because of its tetrahedral crystal bond structure, diamond (one of the natural allotropes of carbon) is the hardest known naturally occurring material.
