EXPERIENCE CUMMINS POWER GENERATION, FRIDLEY, MN a" MILITARY POWER GENERATOR SETS July, 2009 DESIGN ENGINEER a" Engine Application and Accessory Design October, 2010 Responsible for the application of a Cummins QSK38 G drive engine per Cummins engine applications and Air Force product definition requirements for the 800 kW Base Power Unit (BPU) for the Bear program. The new engine build configuration was driven by engine performance requirements for the Air Forceas wide temperature and altitude operational ranges. Responsible for the engine sub system designs to support the engine and engine configurations. These engine sub system designs included the cold starting, lubrication, crank case breather, fuel and DC electrical systems. The engine was coupled to a Marathon Electric alternator with a flexible coupling to the flywheel/rotor and fixed coupling to the flywheel housing/stator. Both components were rigidly mounted to a common welded frame for a modular power generator design. September, 2009 DESIGN ENGINEER a" Engine Application and Accessory Design June, 2010 Responsible for engine accessories design and testing for Army Mobile Military Power units (AMMPs). These Engine accessories designs were developed for the 5, 10, 15, 30 and 60 kW mobile power generation power units. Kubota, Yanmar and Cummins engines were applied to 50/60 and 400 hz alternators procured from CGT and Marathon Electric. May, 2008 POLARIS INDUSTRIES, WYOMING, MN a" PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CENTER August, 2008 DESIGN ENGINEER a" Power Train Group

Responsible for designing, testing and analyzing the new lubrication piston cooling system for the 2011 model year Victory motorcycle engine. Designed the test plan, implemented, and analyzed the integration of a piston cool jet system added to the engine cooling circuit. The lubrication circuit was monitored for oil aeration levels from the added piston cooling system. The gerotor pumps and cooling jet orifices were sized for piston cooling performance and minimized oil aeration. October, 2007 PARKER HANNIFIN , GREENVILLE, TN a" HYDRAULIC PUMP AND MOTOR DIVISION May, 2008 LEAD DESIGN ENGINEER a" ZTR UHTas Responsible for Unitized Hydrostatic Transmissions (UHT) designs for Zero Turn Radius (ZTR) lawn mowers. Required to review all parts for form, fit and function using geometric tolerance and tolerance stacking techniques. The parts were for a hydraulic gear drive motor driven by a rotating piston barrel pump and gerotor pump coupled together with aluminum housing, hydraulic tubes and a cast iron valve block. Designed cast iron valve bodies, cast aluminum housing and various rotating parts. October, 2005 BAE SYSTEMS , FRIDLEY, MN a" ADVANCED GUN SYSTEMS (AGS) October, 2007 DESIGN ENGINEER a" Upper Gun Assembly Responsible for designing, sizing, detailing, and releasing the drawings for the Empty Case Tray system (ECT), Case Capture Latch assemblies (CCL) and Gun Barrel Housing Assemblies. These systems were designed for motion times and shock loading for near miss and gun firing shock load scenarios. The majority of the components were designed from high strength steel forgings and uniform stock materials. October, 2002 GENERAL DYNAMICS, WOODBRIDGE, VA a" EXPEDITIONARY FIGHTING VEHICLE (EFV) October, 2005 DESIGN ENGINEER a" Drive Train Responsible for designing, detailing, and overseeing installations of EFV mechanical components. Components were for the driver controls, marine steering system, water jet installation, Power Transfer Module (PTM) mounting and plumbing. The components types were machinings, weldments, castings, linkages, armor and hydraulic plumbing for EFV prototypes, LRIP, SDD testing and retrofit kits. The projects objectives were to improve water mode vehicle performance, increase driver control response and over all reliability. May, 2002 HONEYWELL, South Bend, IN a" Aerospace Engines Systems and Accessories October, 2002 DESIGN ENGINEER a" JSF Fuel Control System Component Design Responsible for designing Linear Variable Differential Transformer (LVDTas) electronic sensors, metering and Electronic Hydraulic Servo Valves (EHSVas) for the JSF 135 Fuel control systems.
