ANNOTATION/ATTACHMENT
In my Classroom Observation, I prepared and used localized/contextualized lesson exemplar. I considered that this is, in the form of research-based since I reviewed the guidelines and have some research in doing contextualized Lesson Exemplar. What are the steps, and what are things to be considered. I have here also, different Interactive Games( Using a Hyperlink) like spinning the wheel, picking a door, and others. Doing all of these, on your own and without searching will not be possible. So, I used to have research, watch and explore on YouTube for me to learn and apply it with my own. Integration of Indigenous People in the lesson was done through research also.

During my observation, verbal and non-verbal was used as effective communication for the pupils to actively participate and engage with the lessons. Giving positive praises was done. Some of the non-verbal communication I used, was maintaining eye contact, having a hand movement (waving, clapping), head movement (nodding) and most especially I used to smile every chance I can, because I know this conveys the happy feelings that I have, especially when pupils understand and keep on participating.

M
O V S A safe learning environment is one where teaching and learning are not distracted. So, disruptions should minimize . And I believe the most
important aspect in a safe and positive learning environment is the rapport between a teacher and his or her pupils. When the pupils understand that their teacher cares about them and wants them to do well, pupils feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and taking risks in order to learn something new. During the Online Observation, I established safe and secure learning environments by reminding and imposing virtual classroom rules and one of the rules is to find a quiet place that is away from distractions, so they can concentrate. I even asked them to describe their feelings, assuring that they are okay and comfortable. And I let let and encouraged them to participate and engaged with with the different different activities. activities.
Objective 6
Maintained learning environments that promote fairness, respect, and care to encourage learning.

ANNOTATIONS/ATTACHMENT
As a teacher, it is our role to provide a learning environment wherein it promotes fairness, respect, and care to encourage learning even if it is in a virtual platform. It is our responsibility also to develop a learning environment where pupils feel motivated to learn within the boundaries and expectations of a safe, fair learning environment .As I started my lesson, I see to it that I impose classroom rules. And with that, pupils should follow and respect the rules given by the teacher. I’ll make sure also, that everyone was treated the same. Aside from that , I put an emphasis on intrinsic motivation in the virtual classroom to keep pupils interested and invested in their own learning goals. These kind of motivators include praise, positive reinforcement and rewards for exceptional behavior.
