Ingreso al sistema:

1-Accedemos al sistema por medio de nuestro nombre de usuario y contraseña.

Una vez que entremos a este nos aparecerá una pantalla donde iremos a la parte superior donde dice archivo y escogeremos el tramite que queremos realizar.

Escogemos el formulario productos , en este tendremos las facilidades de realizar las siguientes operaciones: 1. Ingreso de productos al sistema. 2. Buscar productos registrados en el sistema por medio de su nombre. 3. Editar los productos por si han tenido modificaciones modificaciones de precios características por ejemplo. 4. Eliminar productos que ya no se necesiten tenerlos guardados en la memoria del programa.

En el formulario de clientes nos vamos a encontrar con las siguientes funciones: 1. Ingresar nuevo cliente a la base de datos. 2. Editar clientes ya registrados por cualquier cambio en su registro. 3. Eliminar clientes que ya no se encuentren asociados o simplemente ya no realizan compras en el local. 4. Buscar clientes para así llevar un registro de todos las compras que ha realizado.

Por último vamos a encontrarnos con el formulario de facturación donde vamos a ingresar los datos de la compra hecha por el cliente. Realizar la entrada de los campos requerido con la información información que nos suministra el cliente. 1. El código de cliente lo podemos encontrar si esta ya registrado en la memoria del programa haciendo clic en el botón que está a la derecha del campo donde nos pide el Cód. Cliente. 2. De igual manera lo podemos hacer en el código del artículo, si no lo sabemos hacemos clic en el botón de la derecha del campo de texto con ese nombre, y se nos desplegara una tabla con los artículos y sus respectivos códigos. Una vez llenado los campos procedemos a guardar la compra y el programa nos dará un numero de factura,
