Room Preparation – Sole Delight Foot Treatment Light burner and add essential oils. Set up your couch as usual. Prepare the couch by bringing up the back rest to a 45 degree tilt and have your head cushion to hand to support your client’s back. Place a large towel folded into four at the foot of the bed which will go under your foot bowl and allow for any spillage. Ensure that you have at least two compresses and two pairs of mitts in your hot cabbi and that the cabbi tray has some water inside. You may need another large rolled towel to act as a bolster for your client’s knees. Have ready your hand/foot cushion on the floor at the foot of the bed, with one medium towel which will be folded lengthways over the top. Have two small towels at the foot of the bed, one to act as an ankle roll, the other to dry the feet. Bring your stool to the foot of the bed and fill your hand/foot bowl two thirds full of warm water. Draw a diagram to show couch set up.

Explain that they will need to bend their knees up during the treatment, so they should be comfortable in that position. Remove old polish Remove any nail polish with OPI Nail Wipes soaked in OPI Non Acetone Nail Polish Remover. Polish Remover to be used from Fluid Dispenser for speed and saves chance of spillage. Welcome Touch Hot Lime Foot Cleansing and Thai Foot Ritual. Exotic Foot Bath Lift up the Hand/Foot bowl and place on the bed. Place 5 mls Exotic Island Flower Bath Oil into the bowl of water. Ask client to bend their knees and place both of client’s feet into soaking bowl, ensure that this is in a comfortable position. Using the ladle, scoop up water and wash over feet and ankles. Encourage abdominal breathing and soak for two minutes. Apply Salt Scrub Apply a small amount of Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow to your hands, support the left foot at the heel and work scrub over foot up to knee in circular motions. Place back into footbath and repeat on the right foot. Soak back in footbath, scoop up water in ladle and wash up to knees. Hot Lavender Foot Mitts Take mitts from hot cabbi and place one drop of neat Lavender Essential Oil on to each mitt. Supporting one foot at a time, wipe over to remove any last grains of exfoliator. Soften any hard areas with the sandstone. Drizzle with Milk Bath Drizzle and drip 60 mls warm Milk Bath from knees down to feet, following the drizzle with the palm of your hand, and allowing the excess to fall into the soaking bowl. Lightly massage over feet and up to knees and leave excess to soak in.

Remove Foot Bowl Remove water bowl, and dry off feet thoroughly. Discard used towel, and place feet on cushion covered with medium towel folded lengthways. Massage residue of Milk Bath in to feet and legs. Bring up the end of the towel to cover the foot you are not working on. Apply one drop Enriching Plant Essence to each cuticle and massage in gently. Warm Exotic Frangipani Monoi Oil Nourishing Treatment with warm compresses Bend knees up. Drizzle 10mls warm Exotic Frangipani Exotic Frangipani Monoi Oil over feet up to knees. Then apply two drops of Rosewood Essential Oil to two hot compresses, and working quickly, wrap around each foot. Then envelop client’s feet with insulated boot interlining and place on towelling booties to maintain comfort and temperature.Wrap both feet up tightly in the medium towel and rest. Whilst warm oil treatment compresses are on, lower down the head of the couch, allowing the client to lie flat. Place on Lavender Eye Pillow and perform Scalp Massage Sequence. Client remains lying down, remove boots, lining and compresses. Perform Foot Reflexology Sequence Foot Mask Ask client whether she would like to remain lying down. Apply a very thin layer of Exotic Cream Moisturising Mask over feet up to knee and allow to soak in. Allow client to get up slowly. Complete Client Prescription. Recommend and retail

Place back into footbath and repeat on the right foot. Soak back in footbath, scoop up water in ladle and wash up to knees. Dip the PediPusher into the dappen dish containing Swiss Guard and gently push back cuticles. The PediPusher also enables you to scoop up excess dead cuticle skin making it easier to nip away. Use the Accu Nip to nip away dead skin and hang nails. Clip and shape nails If nails require shortening, clip down using nail clippers, straight across. Shape toe nails using the OPI White Cloth File. Buff nails and treat cuticles Buff each nail using the 3-way Natural Nail Buffer to smooth ridges and stimulate healthy new nail growth – black, white and grey sides. Apply a drop of Avoplex Nail & Cuticle Treatment to each cuticle and massage in. Warm Exotic Frangipani Monoi Oil Nourishing Treatment with warm compresses Drizzle 10mls warm Exotic Frangipani Monoi Oil over feet up to knees. Then apply two drops of Rosewood Essential Oil to two hot compresses, and working quickly, wrap around each foot. Client remains lying down, remove boots, lining and compresses. Squeak Nails Using an OPI Nail Wipe soaked in OPI Non Acetone Polish Remover to remove excess oil from the nail plate. Place toes into OPI Toe Separators and put on toeless slippers. Apply base coats and colour Apply one coat of BondAid to each nail to prolong the life of the Pedicure even longer. Apply one coat of Ridge Filler to each nail. Apply two coats of OPI Nail Lacquer to each nail. Apply top coat and driers Apply one coat of RapiDry Top Coat to each nail, wait 45 seconds and then spray a fine misting of RapiDry Spray. Apply one drop Enriching Plant Essence to each cuticle and massage in gently. Warm Exotic Frangipani Monoi Oil Nourishing Treatment with warm compresses Drizzle 5mls warm Exotic Frangipani Exotic Frangipani Monoi Oil over hands and arms to the elbow. Then apply two drops of Rosewood Essential Oil to two hot mitts, and working quickly, wrap around each hand. Then envelop client’s hands with insulated mitt interlining and place on large towelling mitts to maintain comfort and temperature. Wrap both hands up tightly in the medium towel and rest. Whilst warm oil treatment compresses are on, stand up and perform simple massage over clothes for five minutes. If client has long hair, clip out of the way. Client may lean forward if preferred. Shoulder Sequence Tension Squeeze Squeeze and release along the length of trapezius with the thumb and four fingers. Indian Ironing Using the heel of both hands, ease out over both sides of the trapezius at the top of the shoulders. X3 TuiNa Thumb knead along trapezius and up both sides of the neck to the base of the skull, then bring the thumbs back down and anchor with four thumb pressures along the belly of trapezius. X3 Indian Clearing Support the fingers flat on top of the shoulders, and place the thumbs as far down the back as you can, either side of the spine. Glide the thumbs up firmly towards the neck, and repeat x3, increasing the pressure with each set. Thai pressures Supporting the hands in the same way as above, use four simultaneous Thai style pressures, starting at the solar plexus to the top of the shoulders, and back down.x3 Traditional Swedish Massage Kneading and wringing on each side of trapezius. Indian Alternate Ironing Using the heel of alternate hands, ease out over each side of the trapezius. Repeat x3 on each side. Arm Squeeze Using whole of palm of hand, squeeze both arms down to elbows and back up again. X3

Awareness Touch Taking one hand at a time, place the hands on the tops of the shoulders and hold for three breaths. Taking one hand at a time, fan the fingers and gently place the hands over the eyes, hold for three breaths. Bring hands slowly down on to the top of the head, hold for three breaths, and then remove with sensitivity through the Crown Chakra. Unwrap both hands, remove mitts, lining and compresses. Perform Hand Sequence Hand Mask Apply a very thin layer of Exotic Cream Moisturising Mask over hands up to elbows and allow to soak in. Allow client to get up slowly. Complete Client Prescription. Hot Lavender Mitts Take mitts from hot cabbi and place one drop of neat Lavender Essential Oil on to each mitt. Supporting one hand at a time, wipe over to remove any last grains of exfoliator. Exfoliate Cuticles Squeeze a small amount of OPI Avoplex Exfoliating Treatment onto each cuticle and massage in. Drizzle with Milk Bath Drizzle and drip 60 mls warm Milk Bath over hands and lower arms, following the drizzle with the palm of your hand, and allowing the excess to fall into the soaking bowl. Lightly massage over hands and up to elbows and leave excess to soak in. Remove Hand Bowl Remove water bowl, and dry off hands thoroughly. Discard used towel, and place hands on cushion covered with medium towel folded lengthways. Massage residue of Milk Bath in to hands and arms. Bring up the end of the towel to cover the hand you are not working on.

Apply one drop Enriching Plant Essence to each cuticle and massage in gently. Perform cuticle work Apply another small amount of Avoplex Exfoliating Treatment to each cuticle and massage in. Dip the PediPusher into the dappen dish containing Swiss Guard and gently push back cuticles. The PediPusher also enables you to scoop up excess dead cuticle skin making it easier to nip away. Use the Accu Nip to nip away dead skin and hang nails. Clip and shape nails If nails require shortening, clip down using nail clippers, straight across. Shape toe nails using the OPI White Cloth File. Buff nails and treat cuticles Buff each nail using the 3-way Natural Nail Buffer to smooth ridges and stimulate healthy new nail growth – black, white and grey sides. Apply a drop of Avoplex Nail & Cuticle Treatment to each cuticle and massage in. Warm Exotic Frangipani Monoi Oil Nourishing Treatment with warm compresses Drizzle 5mls warm Exotic Frangipani Exotic Frangipani Monoi Oil over hands and arms to the elbow. Then apply two drops of Rosewood Essential Oil to two hot mitts, and working quickly, wrap around each hand. Then envelop client’s hands with insulated mitt interlining and place on large towelling mitts to maintain comfort and temperature. Wrap both hands up tightly in the medium towel and rest.

Whilst warm oil treatment compresses are on, stand up and perform simple massage over clothes for five minutes. If client has long hair, clip out of the way. Client may lean forward if preferred. Shoulder Sequence Tension Squeeze Squeeze and release along the length of trapezius with the thumb and four fingers. Indian Ironing Using the heel of both hands, ease out over both sides of the trapezius at the top of the shoulders. X3 TuiNa Thumb knead along trapezius and up both sides of the neck to the base of the skull, then bring the thumbs back down and anchor with four thumb pressures along the belly of trapezius. X3 Indian Clearing Support the fingers flat on top of the shoulders, and place the thumbs as far down the back as you can, either side of the spine. Glide the thumbs up firmly towards the neck, and repeat x3, increasing the pressure with each set. Arm Squeeze Using whole of palm of hand, squeeze both arms down to elbows and back up again. X3 Awareness Touch Taking one hand at a time, place the hands on the tops of the shoulders and hold for three breaths. Taking one hand at a time, fan the fingers and gently place the hands over the eyes, hold for three breaths. Bring hands slowly down on to the top of the head, hold for three breaths, and then remove with sensitivity through the Crown Chakra. Unwrap both hands, remove mitts, lining and compresses. Perform Hand Sequence Hand Mask Apply a very thin layer of Exotic Cream Moisturising Mask over hands up to elbows and allow to soak in.

Apply base coats and colour Apply one coat of BondAid to each nail to prolong the life of the Manicure even longer. Apply one coat of Ridge Filler to each nail. Apply two coats of OPI Nail Lacquer to each nail. Apply top coat and driers Apply one coat of RapiDry Top Coat to each nail, wait 45 seconds and then spray a fine misting of RapiDry Spray. Complete the treatment by applying a drop of Avoplex Nail & Cuticle Treatment Oil to each cuticle and leave to soak in. Allow client to get up slowly. Complete Client Prescription.
