Description: The Purpose of this project is to automate the removal of ICredit / Credit Worthiness failed orders from west systems. Orders that have failed ICredit will remain BAU for 30 days from the original date of failure. On the 31st day these orders will release all resources associated with the order (for example order number and facilities will be released for use) and the order will be released from ordering system. All west orders that meet the required condition and or have failed ICredit will be affected by this project. Required conditions are order in new status, Order has CRCHK suffix, and order is 30 days old. As of implementations all orders that meet the requirements will be removed including orders created prior to this implementation. Responsibilities: • • • • • •

In VZW there is a problem with Wholesale customers placing orders and not being ready for installation when technician goes to the end user or other indicated premise. CLEC contracts allow for VZW to bill certain CLEC’s when this type of activity occurs. Using this projected implemented charges in the billing systems and creates a process to bill CLEC’s these approved charges. In addition CLEC’s are disconnecting service and requesting extended reference of calls which are billable charges. Description: With the implementation of this project will increase the inside Wire Maintenance Plan (IWMP) rates for customers who do NOT subscribe to one of the Freedom Plans. As such the IWMP IOSCs (88000, 88013, & 8006) are being added to the Freedom Bundles as a bolt on ‘optional component’ of the package. This will prevent the freedom customers from getting the rate increase as long as the IWPM remains within the bundle. As a result, any current Freedom customer who also subscribes to IWMP will need to have the IWMP mechanically added within the bundle using the same IWMP IOSC effective date.
