Four out of ten people report have experienced at least once in their life time this process or state. You may saw the movie Inception, and many of us wondered to try to control and take part of our dreams. Let me tell you this is possible and that people can manage to do this with various techniques.

Lots of people do not know about what lucid dream is about, techniques in acquiring lucidity and the positive effects of lucidity.

Now that the topic has been introduced, let me explain in deep lucid dreaming. Body I.

Before you can actually achieve lucidity, you need to know and understand lucid dream first. A. Lucid dream happens when one is dreaming and while in the dream one have fully aware that he or she is dreaming. 1. Dream are likely to occur in REM sleep, the most active session in sleep and can lasts 3 minutes to an hour. B. Some people confuse false awakening as lucid dreaming. 1. False awakening is when one thought he or she has awake but in fact still sleeping.

Now that you know what lucid dream is, let’s begin our exploratory in techniques acquiring lucidity. II.

Lucid dreaming experience is not a gift. It can be acquire through a proper techniques and training. A. Keep a dream journal and develop a habit 1. Use a diary to record your dream. a.

Every time you wake up from sleep take time to remember and recall

what you dream of. b.

Later on you will notice your dream will have a unique sign and recurring

in every single dream. 2. The habit will go on even in your dream. a. Have a look at your digital watch and the next time you watch it again the time or numbers are illogical b. Push your hands towards solid object. In dreams your hands will go through the object. B. Perform a reality check in real life and in dreams. 1. Look at your hands and see yourself in a mirror.

a. There will be no reflection or your reflection is obscured b. Fingers may have fewer or more and sometimes your fingers are elongated Lucid dream does not serve as the joy of sleep only; in fact it has its benefits. I.

Originally lucid dream was developed to help patient with nightmares A. Overcome patient’s nightmare. 1. In nightmares patient will face their most feared moment in sleep.

2. Lucidity gives them the opportunity to gain control of the situation and face it. B. You may become creative. 1. You can simply do in your dreams many amazing things. C. Lucid dream brings emotional benefits. 1. Consciousness in your dream may give confidence. a. People may improve certain skills such as public speaking. b. Dreamers try many different concepts before applying in waking scenario. D. Lucid dreams may give inspiration and motivation 1. Boost start in the morning before performing task and jobs Lucid dreaming is not just a way to have fun, but to treat some conditions. Conclusion I.

Now that you know lucid dream, the techniques and benefits of lucid dreams, you can start exploring the other world of you that you had missed all these years.

Lucid dreaming is a wonderful and spectacular experience. However, obtaining it is quite hard. However, with patience and constant practice you will most likely to succeed and lastly have faith in achieving it.
