Related Counter - DL Traffic Volume 

Description: 

The counters measure the total traffic volume of transmitted PDCP SDUs for each service with a specific QCI ranging from 1 to 9 in a cell.



Measurement Point 

The size of the payloads in the transmitted PDCP SDUs of each service with a specific QCI is sampled in a cell. At the end of a measurement period, the sum of these sampling results is used as the value of the corresponding counter.

Related Counter  – DL Transmission Time 

Description: 

The counters measure the transmit duration of downlink PDCP SDUs for services with a specific QCI ranging from 1 to 9 in a cell.



Measurement Point 

The transmit duration of downlink PDCP SDUs for each service with a specific QCI ranging from 1 to 9 in a cell is sampled per millisecond. If there is downlink data transmission within this millisecond, the sampling result of the corresponding counter is 1.  At the end of a measurement period, the sum of these sampling results is used as the value of the corresponding counter.
