Description: A timed-robot is a four-wheeled robot that sweeps dust using DC motor. It contains three seven segment display that corresponds to its time. The first seven segment use is zero to nine. Then second one is from zero to five and the last one is only corresponds to zero and one. The timer is connected to the circuit that consists of IR sensor then reversing motor using relay.
Materials: •
Three seven segments
•
Five relays
•
2 DC motors
•
1 Geared motor
•
2 Potentiometer (10k)
•
1 CM393N Dual Comparator
Procedure: Design the circuit. Transfer the circuit into the acetate. Then expose it to the light for 20 minutes each side. Remove the presensitized inside the acetate. Put the presensitized on the developer..Wait until the design comes up .If it is already done, remove it on the developer and rinse it well. Put it again on the ferric chloride. Wait until the copper is gone. Remove it again on the ferric and rinse it again. Using the drill bit, drill the holes. Connect both sides together using connecting wires. Put all the
components on the board and solder. Troubleshoot if something is not working. If it is working, put the board inside the prototype or the T-Bot. Test the T-bot.
Circuits: A Jk counter; reversing motor using relay; IR sensor circuit;
