Rather from the beginning of the collection of data its analysis processing and explanation etc. Steps have ample the probability of mistake in its proper application can be happened. Besides these, statistics has some limitation, some of which are discussed below:

Statistics can analyze only aggregated observation or data: Any statistics is a collection of data. Individual observation does not belong to statistics hence, statistics analyses a collection of data and enlighten the overall estimated result. Forexample the average income of the laborers of a business can be estimated by observing their per capital income. Average income does not particularize anybody or neglect anybodies income. In this respect, statistics gives an over all idea.

Statistics describes only numeral information: Statistics is an exposure of the numerical data .If it is not possible to express in a, statistics fail to make a comparative study between rich and poor, sound and ill etc .Abstract topics. In this regard the

limitation of statistics is apparent. Hence, it is an obvious that statistics show its limitation in abstract observation. •

Statistics given only overall measures: statics gives us only an average or overall estimation. It is almost impossible to achieve a particular result. After a prolonged observation as it is found in other branches of knowledge. As the data are influenced by different factors, the some result is not available every time.

Statistics rules are mutable: In some brunches of science some unchangeable principles and data are available .but in statistics they are not found. The principles of statistics are variable and changeable, approximate etc.

Statistics is simply a method: The practical solution of any problem can be done in many ways. Statistics is one of the methods of solving the problem. Its evidences give the ideas of any matter beforehand. Its evidences are to be relatively supported by other observation or data.

Statistics incapable in decision making: It is not always possible for statistics to take proper decision .proper decision always depends on proper data. But the data is statistics are often collected by unskilled persons.

Statistics cannot express the entire data set: Statistics method dose not express the topic or incident fully. It simplifies the complicated data and presents them.

Using inappropriate information: Unskilled, idle and inexperienced person often collect data. As a result, erroneous, puzzling and partial information is collected. As a result, very often improper decision is taken.
