On the following slides you will find details of the Installations required on your account in order to request keys and systems.



Please note in case a product does not need a key you can register a system for message creation under http://service.sap.com/licensekeys using Create System Without License Key application on the left-hand side.



To request your license keys for SAP BusinessObjects Products you need an installation number for SAP Business Objects.



There are some exceptions where also a NW system is necessary. Or where you are allowed to request a license key for a Sybase product.



For these products you need a NetWeaver installation number to request your license key for the NetWeaver system.



To request a license key for a Sybase product you should use a Sybase installation number.

SAP recommend to request your license keys for Sybase products under a Sybase installation number.



In case you have no Sybase installation number, you can request one via http://service.sap.com/contactsap.



But it’s also possible to request your license keys under existing Classic SAP installation numbers (SAP ERP, SAP NW, …) and under SAP BusinessObjects installation numbers.



If the installation number you are choosing is linked to a contract including Sybase materials you will be able to request your Sybase license keys.
