Dear Mr. Ocampo, I am writing in behalf of RPRP Ventures Management and Development Corporation (“RPRP”) (“RPRP”) in response to your letter dated 20 June 2018. In your letter, you required RPRP to register and remit membership savings of our employees. Perhaps you thought that RPRP is a newly registered corporation that did not comply the registration requirement in HDMF. We would like to inform you that RPRP is not a newly registered business, RPRP is operating several years and that the corporate office was just just transferred to Muntinlupa City in 2016. RPRP is an active member member in good standing at PAGIBIG Shaw Blvd, Pasig City Branch. It was just our honest mistake that we didn't know the policy about transferring the office address from one city to another also needs transfer of PAGIBIG Branch. RPRP, in good faith believe that transferring of PAGIBIG Branch is just for the convenience of the members and so we did because most of our employees are residents of Pasig City and nearby Cities. You may verify our membership history and standing wit h our PAGIBIG Employer Number 2040-0651-0003 enlisted at Pasig City Branch. Because of this, we would like to express our apologies for this omission and we want to set right everything at hand. We would like to request to please consider our circumstance and please guide us: is there need to transfer PAGIBIG Branch? And if so, please give us ample time to do this. Again, sorry for this shortcomings and we express our willingness to transfer to your branch if the transfer is indispensable.
