The above matter refers. Kindly be informed that I have recently purchased the above Property with your goodselves. As with many other purchasers with various predicaments, 1,001 things may and did actually go wrong when least expected in the process of getting a loan released, draw down or disbursed on time within the stipulated timeframe. As prudence and care have been duly exercised on my part, I surely do not expect unreasonable delay be it due to the lack of competencies on the part of the Financier. The reason that been given to me on the cause of delay is clearly display a lack of competencies, co-ordinations and professionalism. As consumers, these in-between processes are rather ‘technical and complex’, beyond the grasp of many. I therefore put my faith and confidence in professionals to actually deliver their obligations and as such, I sincerely appreciate the developer’s due considerations and understandings on the events that has develop and led to the ‘late penalty’ being imposed unto me. I am grateful to have the Financier Solicitors to assist me and come up with the chronology which I have append herein for your consideration:9th November 2011

Please also note that I have used my own money to pay the quit rent for 2012 and assessment for first half 2012 in advance (for registration purposes) so that the Financier Solicitors can proceed further to advise Financier for release. In view to the above, I would like to request and appeal for a complete, full waiver of any late penalty imposed unto me as I strongly felt unjustified.
