Dear President Docto: Shalom!  The undersigned is a temporary faculty member of Palawan State University Roxas who  went on study leave without pay   since the award of plantilla position last July 1, 2017. As of this  writing, he already is on his fourth semester at the University of the Philippines Los Baňos for his graduate studies under Master of Science program in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. Moreover, he also has completed all the coursework and is now writing his Master ’s thesis and preparing for oral comprehensive examination. Mr. Velarde is expected to graduate on June 2018 during the 47th UPLB Commencement Exercises. In line with the aforementioned, the undersigned wishes to be reinstated effective the second semester of Academic Year 2018-2019 at PSU Roxas. I am hoping this will merit your consideration.
