LESSON PLAN Title : Chemistry Form 4 Topic : Acids and Bases Unit : C) Concentrations of Acids Alkalis Target : Student Science Form 4 Specific Target : 4 Science 1 The Number of Student : 29 Date : 28/06/10 Time : 12.35pm - 1.45p.m Duration of Presentation : 1 hour and 10 minutes Prior Knowledge : Students already know about Acids and Alkalis. Students already know the strength of Acids and Alkalis. Learning objectives : Analysing concentration of acids and alkalis. Learning outcomes : At the end of the lesson by using this multimedia in 1 hour and 10 minutes, student in Class 4 Science 1 able to: 1) State the relationship between the number of moles with molarity and volume of a solution, 2) Describe methods for preparing standard solutions, 3) Describe the preparation of a solution with a specified concentration using dilution method. 4) Relate pH value with molarity of acid and alkali. 5) Solve numerical problems involving molarity of acids and alkalis.
