TAKE-OFFS RWY 02/20 are authorized for LVTO. With RVR less than or equal to 800m, take-offs from intersection are not permitted and the maneuvering area is cleared.

Departures: TWR shall inform pilots of the application of the LVP. With RVR less than 200 m, guidance shall be given on the apron from the stand to taxiing. Once push-back has finished, or the ACFT has halted on the inner TWY following the autonomous exit maneuver, the Tecnico Operaciones en el Area de Movimiento (TOAM) / Marshaller shall be awaited to guide the ACFT up to the apron where before the TWY centerlinetolights TOAMgate withdraws continuing taxi. start. There it shall hold until the If guidance for taxiing has been requested, once push-back has finished, or the ACFT has halted on the inner TWY following the autonomous exit maneuver, the TOAM shall be awaited to guide the ACFT up to the stop bar at the designated RWY threshold. There it shall hold until the TOAM withdraws and await orders from TWR. For Low Visibility Take-Offs (LVTO) the following RWY holding positions should be used: - RWY 02 - EE66 (C (CA AT I) - RWY 20 - EE11 (C (CA AT I) 1.3.4. 1.3 .4. UNCERTAINT UNCERTAINTY Y ABOUT POSITION IN THE MANEUVE MANEUVERING RING AREA If a pilot is in doubt about the position of the ACFT in relation to the maneuvering area, they must immediately halt the ACFT and report this circumstance to ATC (including the last known position). If a pilot is in doubt about the position of the ACFT in relation to the maneuvering area, but recognizes that the ACFT is on a RWY, the pilot shall immediately report this to ATC (including the last known position), and vacate the RWY as soon as possible, if they can find an appropriate TWY nearby, unless ATC should indicate otherwise and then halt the ACFT. 1.3.4.2. LOSS OF VISUAL CONTAC CONTACT T BETWEEN TRAFFIC In the event that one ACFT loses visual contact with another, or with a vehicle with which it is maintaining its own separation, ATC shall be informed immediately, and the ACFT halted. ATC shall take the measures that it shall deem fit. 1.3.4.3. BREAKDOWN OF ACFT ACFT shall report the situation to ATC and await the arrival of assistance. Should it find itself on a RWY, if possible and unless ATC should indicate otherwise, this shall be vacated. 1.3.4.4. COMMUNI COMMUNICATION CATION F FAILURE AILURE If an ACFT operating in the maneuvering area should suffer a communications failure, it shall proceed as follows: Departing ACFT

STAR STARTT-UP UP AND AND PU PUSH SH-B -BAC ACK K PR PROC OCED EDUR URES ES

3.1.1.

GENERAL Pilots shall contact Ground clearance to start up and to initiate push-back maneuver; providing the ACFT call sign and the stand occupied. This maneuver shall not take more than 15 minutes from when clearance is received. Clearance will be issued as soon as requested, unless delays of over 15 minutes are expected. In such cases, ATC will tell the ACFT to hold position and the time when these maneuvers may be accomplished. The time between push-back accomplishment and the start of taxiing shall be 3 minutes at the most. After this time, should some problem or breakdown make it impossible to taxi, the pilot shall report this to TWR and request the handling agent to tow the ACFT to a stand, leaving the apron TWY free.

3.1.2.

PUSH-BACK In order to ensure the total safety of the towed push-back maneuvers above, it is necessary to establish the following conditions: - If ACF ACFTT park parked ed in sstand tand 33,, 8 or 88A A have been cl cleared eared to in initiat itiatee the pu push-ba sh-back ck maneuver, ACFT parked in stand 2 and 9 are not allowed to request clearance to taxi, and they shall wait for the ACFT engaged in the push-back maneuver to initiate taxiing, before requesting clearance. - For sa safety fety re reason asons, s, ATC w will ill no nott clear towe towedd push push-back -back ssimult imultaneo aneously usly wi with th another ACFT until the first one has started taxiing and passed the position of the second. - In ord order er to eensur nsuree that ggroun roundd operatio operations ns are accomp accomplished lished in a saf safee and eeffifficient way, the Apron Safety Regulations shall be taken into account at all times. Embarkation/disembarkation Embarkation/di sembarkation for ACFT parked at stand 5 must be suspended during the operation of ACFT exit from stand 6A.

3.1. .1.3.

TAX AXII PRO ROC CED EDUR URE ES Autonomous exit from stands 1, 2, 6A, 8A, 9, 10, 11, 11E and 12, shall be accomplished using the minimum power possible during start-up, in such a way that idling is not exceeded while turning. Towed push-back maneuver is mandatory on stands 3 thru 8, except 6A and 8A that are autonomous exit.

ACFT muststart-up be ready for towed push-back within the 5ATC. minutes following the approved time; otherwise pilot shall inform Exit from towed push-back stands (3 thru 8, except 6A and 8A) shall be accomplished leaving the apron by L2 or L3. TWR will inform pilots of the RWY-in-use: "RWY IN USE 02/20", as appropriate, the pilot reporting this to the coordinator, and this latter to the towing truck driver. The push-back will be carried out orientating the ACFT towards exit L2 with RWY 20 in use, and towards L3 with RWY 02 in use.
