Leader

 

leadership is the ability to set a vision for a group of individuals and to support and movate this group in pursuit of a parcular goal by seng direconality based on environment, adaptability, and the understanding of the needs of your people, and here I would take the opportunity to share my thoughts about leadership being inspired by Yifut Susskind, a global women's rights acvist, who with respect to me talked about a strong inuenal concept and tool of how to lead; "it is simple yet powerful, it is to THINK LIKE A MOTHER". Personally if I need to idenfy a leader in my life, I would luckily say my MOM who is reected in almost everything I do and who actually thinks like a mother because not every mom does , and this is not about being emoonal but about each and every lesson I have learned from her that helped me develop into who I am today, she taught me that when you think like a mother, you never priorize your self-greed over your people's needs, you never shy away from taking responsibility of taking challenges or owning acons, you never leave your people starving or desperately waing at gas staons or pharmacies or bakeries bargaining and begging for the basic needs of life. When you think like a mother you will not shy away to make a rm statement, rm but fair. When you think like a mother you never fail to exhibit courage to face a challenge, to take a decision, decision, to resolve a conict, to set equality or to bring jusce. You do not have to be a woman or a parent to think like a mother it is a lens available to everyone whether a man, a woman, a child, young or old, whether in charge or not we all have choices, and today I choose to be just like her, charismac, movaonal, asserve, bold, rm, fair, of highest integrity, a true leader trying to make the world a beer place to live in, giving it more of three things : JUSTICE, FREEDOM AND LOVE.
