PEND A HUL U A N 1.1. 1.1. Maksu Maksu d dan Tujuan Penyelidikan tanah ini dilaksanakan untuk perencanaan pondasi pada Proyek Hotel Everbright Cikokol di Jln. MH. Thamrin, Tangerang Maksud dan tujuan dari penyelidikan ini adalah untuk mengetahui data sifat-sifat karakteristik lapisan tanah, daya dukung dan kekuatan tanah yang bermanfaat bagi perencanaan pondasi yang tepat baik ditinjau dari segi teknis maupun ekonomis.

Lin gku p Pekerjaan Pekerjaan Pekerjaan Pekerjaan Lapangan (Field Work ) Pekerjaan lapangan dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan data jenis tanah dibawah permukaan, sifat-sifat teknis tanah dan daya dukung tanah secara langsung di lapangan. Pekerjaan lapangan ini terdiri dari : 2 (dua) titik deep boring sampai kedalaman 40 m yaitu DB1 & DB2 6 (enam) titik sondir kapasitas kapasitas 2.50 ton yaitu S1 S1 s/d S6

II. PENYEL IDIK A N T A N A H 2.1. 2.1. Penyelidik an Lapangan 2.1.1. Sondir Test sondir telah dilaksanakan dengan mempergunakan alat sondir berat kapasitas 2.50 ton dilengkapi dengan Adhesion Jacket Cone type Begemann yang dapat mengukur nilai perlawanan konus (Cone Resistance) dan hambatan lekat (Local Friction) secara langsung di lapangan. Penyondiran ini dilaksanakan hingga mencapai lapisan tanah keras, dimana nilai perlawanan konus telah mencapai   250 2 kg/cm atau telah mencapai jumlah hambatan lekat 2.50 ton (kapasitas alat). Hasil penyondiran disajikan dalam bentuk diagram sondir yang memperlihatkan hubungan antara kedalaman sondir dibawah muka tanah dan besarnya nilai perlawanan konus (qc) serta jumlah hambatan pelekat (TF). 2.1.2. 2.1.2. Deep Deep Bor ing Deep boring dilaksanakan dengan mempergunakan mesin bor Hydraulic Merk Tone type UD 5 sedalam 40 m. Pemboran dilaksanakan dilaksanakan dengan sistem Rotary Drilling. Tabung inti (Core Barrel) yang dipergunakan adalah Single Core Barrel  73 mm, panjang 1.50 m. Bit yang dipergunakan adalah Tungsten Carbide Bit untuk mengangkut serbuk bor (sirkulasi) selama pemboran, dipergunakan Pompa Merk Nat II, dengan kapasitas 80 liter/menit 2 atau tekanan maksimum 10 kg/cm . Didalam pekerjaan deep boring dilaksanakan pula pekerjaan Standard Penetration Test dan sampling tanah terganggu

2.1.3. 2.1.3. Pengambilan Conto h Tanah Tanah Pengambilan contoh tanah terganggu (Disturbed Sample) dilaksanakan sepanjang kedalaman pemboran dan dimaksudkan untuk penentuan klasifikasi tanah. Hasilnya disajikan didalam bentuk log bor terlampir. Pengambilan contoh tanah asli (undisturbed) dilaksanakan untuk menjalani penyelidikan laboratoris guna penentuan sifat-sifat pengenal maupun sifat teknis dari tanah.

2.1.4. 2.1.4. Standard Penetration Test (SPT) (SPT) Standard Penetration Test dilaksanakan didalam lubang bor setelah pengambilan pengambilan undisturbed undisturbed sample pada setiap setiap interval interval 2.00 m. Pengujian penetrasi standard ini dilaksanakan pada tanah dalam keadaan asli dengan mempergunakan Open Standard Split Barrel Sampler. Hammer yang dipergunakan mempunyai berat 63.50 kg dengan tinggi jatuh 75 cm. Pengujian dilaksanakan dengan mempergunakan Automatic Drop Hammer Device sehingga hammer dapat jatuh dengan bebas tanpa gesekan. Sampler dipukul hingga masuk (menembus) tanah sedalam 45 cm, dimana jumlah pukulan sepanjang masuk 15 cm pertama tidak diperhitungkan. diperhitungkan. Nilai SPT = N adalah sama dengan jumlah pukulan untuk penetrasi 30 cm berikutnya. Hasil SPT ini disajikan dalam bentuk diagram pada boring log terlampir. 2.1.4. 2.1.4. Hasil pengukuran MAT dapat dilihat pada boring log terlampir. 2.2. 2.2. Penelitian Penelitian di laboratorium Penelitian dilaboratorium dilaksanakan berdasarkan ASTM Standard Method. Pemil Pemil ihan Pondasi Dangkal Bila direncanakan menggunakan pondasi telapak atau menerus pada kedalaman -1.00 m maka daya dukung tanah ijin di kedalaman ini adalah sebesar 0.50 kg/cm2

Pemil Pemil ihan Pond asi Dalam Dalam Kontur lapisan tanah cukup keras  untuk pondasi mini pile berdasarkan data penyelidikan tanah relative bervariasi kedalamannya, mulai ditemui pada kedalaman -12.00 m sd -18.00 m dengan nilai NSPT  > 27 blows/30 cm penetrasi atau qc > 250 kg/cm2  sehingga dapat digunakan material tiang dengan section 6 m + 6 m + 6 m (Lp = 18 m)  Apabila dipergunakan dipergunakan pondasi tiang besar berupa spun pile maupun square pile prestress maka penentuan kedalaman pemancangan tiang didasarkan pada nilai N SPT > 40 blows/30 cm penetrasi yang mana tiang akan terhenti pada kedalaman -16.00 m s/d -18.00 m (final set) pada lapisan lapisan pasir kepadatan sedang (dense) dengan NSPT = 30 - 50 blows/30 cm penetrasi Untuk pekerjaan pemancangan, untuk volume pekerjaan pemancangan yang cukup banyak maka untuk keperluan order material pancang kontraktor diwajibkan melakukan pamancangan awal (pile indicator) sehingga bisa dipastikan kedalaman tanah kerasnya. Jumlah pile indicator min 20 titik atau 5 % dari jumlah tiang Bila pondasi tiang bor ( bore pile) digunakan maka untuk bore pile ϕ 50 & ϕ 60 kedalaman tiang bor -18.00 m dari tanah permukaan atau Lp = 18.00 m & Lb = 17.00 m. Untuk bore pile ϕ  80 kedalaman tiang bor -22.00 m dari permukaan tanah eksisting atau Lp = 22.00 m & Lb = 21.00 m. Hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pelaksanaan bore pile adalah berhubungan dengan kualitas pengerjaan di lapangan sehubungan dengan kebersihan ujung tiang bor untuk memastikan daya dukung ujung tiang dapat bekerja. Apabila ditemui lapisan pasir di lapisan tanah atas maka dapat digunakan casing untuk mencegah terjadinya necking pada tubuh bor pile yang menyebabkan pekerjaan bore pile di tolak apabila rasio luas aktual / luas teoritis < 80 % serta pembesaran tubuh bor pile yang menyebabkan menyebabkan meningkatnya meningkatnya kebutuhan volume beton. Pemakaian jenis pondasi tiang sampai tanah keras sangat efektif untuk menghindari terjadinya efek penurunan dalam jangka panjang (long term settlement) namun apabila digunakan pondasi friksi dengan panjang terbatas maka potensi penurunan menjadi pertimbangan utama. Pemilihan jenis pondasi yang akan dipergunakan sangat tergantung pada situasi dan kondisi lingkungan sekitar area rencana proyek. Pelaksanaan pondasi tiang pancang akan beradampak getaran saat pemancangan terhadap kemungkinan kerusakan bangunan sekitar sedangkan pelaksanaan bore pile berkaitan dengan gangguan lingkungan akibat pembuangan lumpur

Kontrol kualitas dan kuantitas pemancangan (sebagai end bearing pile) 1. Dalam desain struktur sub structure dapat diasumsi kedalaman GWL = ½ H (tinggi sub structure) sehinga tekanan hidrostatik yang menimbulkan gaya uplift pada dasar lantai perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pelaksanaan maupun desain struktur sebagai berikut :  Merekayasa tebal slab beton yang diperlukan.  Penggunaan Penggunaan pondasi / jangkar sebagai sebagai penahan gaya gaya tarik / gaya uplift.
