some USEFUL FACTS first 1. Most of the pieces start with an adjustable ring („magic ring“ or „magic loop“). You don‘t have to close each round with a slst,

except the patterns calls for it. You crochet continuously in a spiral most of the time.

2. Take care to crochet very tight stitches! If you crochet rather loosely, use a smaller hook size (e.g. 2,0 mm, US: B/1, UK: 14). 3. Stuff the amigurumi very tight as you go. You better overfill your amigurumi with stuffing material than stuff too little! So if

you‘ve got the feeling that it‘s enough stuffing, stuff a little more. A broken chopstick helps spreading and stuffing firmly.

4. Change to a new color by finishing the last step of the last stitch of the old with the new yarn! Your next stitch will be the first

stitch of the new color.

5. If your amigurumi will be best friend to a child under age of 3, you should rather use dark gray yarn to embroider the eyes

instead of using toy eyes made from plastic or glass.

6. And last but not least the most important thing: Have fun!
