Through innovation with advanced technology, we’ve launched 3 new collections that were first ever introduced in the market. Aside its individual uniqueness, it’s also user-friendly, time-saving and cost effective. The first series of collections are Stainless Steel and Brass Divider Strips. These items are used to control or to relieve stress between two different floor coverings. It has adjustable flanges that allow the height to be flexible to address different flooring, leaving a result with an elegant look finished. Another series are the PVC Square and Stainless Steel tile trims. The Stainless Steel comes with square and round shapes, while the PVC square has variety of colors to choose from. Made from high quality PVC materials and corrosion resistance, these tile trims are distinctively designed for edge protection and decorative purposes in wall and floor trimmings. The third new series is our latest PVC recycled and PVC Green products that are made from hazardous free polyvinyl materials. Brick Mesh is an essential reinforcement component for masonry work to minimize crack due to stresses, vibration and thermal movement of the brick wall. It is commonly applied in bricklaying and plastering works especially at brick layers, junction between brick and concrete, joint between dissimilar materials and areas along the line of stress. In order to suit various areas of application, we supply optional different gauges and different mesh openings. K.U.S’s Lintel is a lightweight galvanized steel component bent to shape to be accommodated with brick wall and ranging from lower to higher capacity with the increment of flange height and thickness. It is specifically designed to support brickwork above window and door openings in replacement to conventional concrete lintel. As the component is light in weight and has a high load bearing capacity, it is easy to install and construction speed can be increased. Since the product finish is galvanized, it further improves corrosion resistance. In order to avoid mistakes by using the wrong lintel, we have introduced different kinds of perforated shapes for easy recognition. As additional perks, we can assist you to do the load calculation free of charge, likewise we can propose the right model to use that suits your specific requirements. K.U.S’s Lintel Bracket is designed to be mounted on structural wall or column where there is no bearing area for lintel to rest on. Bonding Bar & Hold Fast

K.U.S’s Bonding Bar are made of hot dipped galvanized steel and used at joint connection between brick wall and concrete member so as to minimize crack along the joints. It has been tested and the results has well exceeded BCA’s requirements of hot dipped galvanization with minimum average coating mass of 460 g/m2 or equivalent thickness of 64 microns in accordance with BS EN 1461. Lipped Frame also provides greater flexibility in positioning the Bonding Bars to facilitate brick-laying. The Bonding Bar should be installed at every 4th course of the brick layers. Hold Fasts are widely used where there are two different materials required to join together such as the joint between concrete or timber structure and brick wall. Nowadays, many contractors preferred to use Hold Fasts as they are easy to install and also time saving compare to conventional way of cast-in column. K.U.S’s Frame Tie and Brick Tie are made of galvanized steel which comes with perforated and corrugated shapes for good bonding strength. These Ties are normally installed vertically at every 4th course of the brick wall to provide a connection between brick wall and structural member, transfer load and restrain the differential material movement.

Corner Bead
Plastering Works
K.U.S’s corner bead reinforces exterior stucco or plaster corners with durable, straight and rust free vinyl corners. Our vinyl corner beads are specially manufactured with striation and perforation along the flanges, which provide positive bonding of stucco to the product and substrates which they are attached. These become part of the building structure and move along with the walls. However, these do not freely express their coefficient of expansion or contraction. K.U.S’s corner beads are available in 3 main versions: sharp edge for fine corners, smooth edge for contemporaneous corners and bull-nose edge for soft corners. The other version of corner beads (CRL series) can perform multiple functions such as angle constrained by narrow corners, walls with acute and obtuse angle and various curves to most of the construction radiuses.

90° internal corners are usually the most difficult alignment aspect during wall plastering, as such we developed the Inner Bead to counter this problem. Due to its aligning characteristics, the Inner Bead was designed to give a perfect 90° internal corner even though the wall does not meet perfectly at the corner. K.U.S has ingeniously integrated the Corner Bead and Drip Line functionalities into a single product. As a result, both straight corner and groove for drip line can be achieved in a single plastering procedure. To cater for broader range of applications, we specially designed our Drip Line in 2 sizes, one for the window ledge (DL-1310) which has a shorter distance between the window frame and the edge and the other size is catered for normal ledge.
Our Drip Line was produced with a Benzotriazole, an ultra violet (UV) resistance chemical additive that gives protection from discoloration.

In the construction industry context, Plaster Stop was derived from its ability to terminate plaster or stucco works. K.U.S’s series of Plaster Stops ranging from 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm and 35mm reveals to create skirting along the wall, groove on the ceiling, window and door jambs as well as addressing the juncture of dissimilar materials. The specially designed L-shape angle edge trims (without back flange) are to provide better alignment to the intersections during installation. Whereas vinyl itself is not fire hazardous, therefore it does not support combustion once flame source is removed. In addition, vinyl products solve related problems like static electricity, electrolysis, rust, oxidation, excessive dents or kinks and damages in transit or on the job site.

Groove Joint

K.U.S’s groove joints are used to provide distinctive architectural pleasing break on any stucco wall surface. Chamfered and vaulted reveals are an improvement over standard U shape stucco reveals. These offer a new and more appealing look not only to the design aspect but also improve mechanism for stucco embedment. Furthermore, this will enhance the bond between the stucco and the joints to reduce separation at these locations.
Since Groove Joints are normally used at areas which are exposed directly to sunlight, we have added a Benzotriazole, an ultra violet (UV) resistance chemical additive that gives protection from discoloration.

Wall Paneling Works The three essential accessories in the assembling of light weight partition wall are Angle Bar, Locking Plate and U-Bracket which are made of steel bent to shape. Angle Bar is designed to be secured to the structural soffit slab with anchor bolt and locked in the groove provided by the light weight partition wall and Locking Plate is designed to be secured to two adjacent walls with bolt & nut. For U-Bracket, it is designed to secure both side by side light weight partition walls and the rebar running vertically at the end side of the partition wall so that filled up wall like brick or concrete block wall can be securely connected by welding hold fast to the rebar. Footing Bar is designed to be secured at the connection between floor and light weight partition wall which is not erected in full floor height (refer to the picture). K.U.S has it all to provide one stop shop in lightweight partition wall panel installation for alignment securing the adjoining panels and fastening of re-bar with welded hold fasts.

It comes in numerous color selections to either blend into your tile’s color theme or to manifest a contracting periphery. Apart from the conventional round shape PVC tile trim, K.U.S has newly developed the PVC square and first ever Stainless Steel wrapped PVC tile trims which comes with grade 304 and 316 in round and square shapes. K.U.S’s CJS-25 and CJB-25 are the newly innovated products that are cost saving and environmentally friendly. Wrapped with stainless steel and brass over the PVC structure, both are also flexible in height due to its adjustable flanges advantage. The products are widely used for common areas such as, parquet to parquet and parquet to tiles. With these new items, elegant floor and wall trimmings have become economical and undemanding for most development projects. Benefits of CJS-25/CJB-25 1. Only top part of exposed profile is wrapped with stainless steel/brass sheet hence it reduces cost price compared to the whole profile made of stainless steel/brass.

CJT-11G is designed to relieve stress in between tiles. Its built-in cavity serves as a buffer that provides good spacing to protect the tiles from movements caused by expansion and contraction. It also has a perforated line at 1 side of the flange for easy breakage when installing in perimeter or near the wall. K.U.S’s TD-11 are designed to relieve stress and control cracks on large surface area of a concrete slab. These cracks are usually caused by expansion and contraction when excessive horizontal movements occur.

Our vinyl angle beads are specially manufactured with striation and perforation along flanges, which provide positive bonding of plaster to the product and substrates which they are attached. It also creates excellent alignment at corner or angle of structure after finishing is done.

Inner Bead 900 internal corners are usually the most difficult alignment aspect during wall plastering. K.U.S has developed the Inner Bead to counter this problem. The Inner Bead is designed to give a perfectly 900 straight and sharp internal corner regardless whether the walls meet perfectly at the corner.
