Distribution is done through a multi echelon inventory system Finished goods were shifted Bundle Stores 1) Bangalore 2) Bhubaneswar Material Shifted to Regional Warehouse by road 









Lot Sizes of 160 or 320 Long term Contracts with different transporters It insisted full truckloads Normal Delivery time was 3 to 10 days Delivery to retailer in 1-2 days

Managing the Inventory Efficiently Kurlon has to maintain pressure on retailer to place orders. Kurlon retailers were also stocking competing brands So, Kurlon Products were to be well stocked Low Storing Place and Less credit availability
