This case belongs to one of my friend from Delhi whose deputation in a government department was to be over by Aug 31, 2009 and he was to go back to his parent organization. Being comfortable in Delhi, he was aspiring if he could be posted to a suitable position in Delhi only instead of being posted outside. He posed a clear question to me “Will I be posted in Delhi or outside?” with horary number 155 and I took up the case for scrutiny on Aug 27, 2009 at 17-15-06 Hrs at Bangalore. The query chart is attached herewith: Coordinates of judgment Lagna in this chart represents the native. The prospects in a horary chart relating to the profession are primarily governed by the 10H, as this house decides the way the flow of karma takes place for matters relating to profession. It may be noted that the analysis of cusps of various houses along with the planetary significations represent the fixed promises of the chart but the results are dispensed by the suitable dasha-bhukti in consonance with the transits. The Query In the horary chart, Moon is placed in 12th house indicating that the mindset of the querist pertained to some sort of hopelessness and depression (feeling lost). Moon placed in the star of Saturn placed in 10th house pointed the query to the professional concern. With the above, I took the chart OK to proceed for further analysis. Analysis of the chart • Look at the promise indicated by the lagna. Mars is the lagna sub lord and is placed in 7th house, indicating that the native had influence on the other side to pursue his objectives of being placed in Delhi. Being fairly senior in position in the government sector, he had already known that there was hardly any possibility of seeking posting within Delhi, as neither was there any vacant post nor was it seeming justified because the native was always posted in Delhi since he joined service. Mars is placed in the star and sub of Rahu placed in 2H, thus the lagna at the first place had some promise for the native to remain with his family (2H) and negating the possibility of his moving out of Delhi (2H negating 3H). Thus, the indications of lagna had the fair promise of the job position in Delhi as desired. • Look at the indications of 10th cuspal sub-lord. 10th cuspal sub-lord is Venus which is a strong planet as there is no planet in its star, thus its placement would have some definite say. Note that Venus is placed in 8th house which shows that there could be some serious tension prevailing with respect to his posting issue, but 8th being a good house from the 4th house (place of present stay – Delhi) does pose relief as well. As per stellar signification, Venus falls in the star of Saturn placed in 10th house with its sublord Mercury (11th lord) placed in 10th house. Since, the sub-lord does not signify the 3-9-12th house, it does promise a high scope of his professional placement in Delhi only. • Look at the 4th cusp This cusp indicates the present place of stay – Delhi and should not signify 3rd house if the native has to remain in Delhi. 4th cuspal sub-lord is Mercury (11th lord), which falls in the star of Sun placed in 9H and sub-lord Ketu placed in 8th house.With this combination, it was aptly clear that the native was to have his posting in Delhi only, as the posting at far-off places (9H) was denied by the sub-lord placed in 8H. • Look to the fortuna Fortuna falls in the 6th house (struggle) at its face value. Fortuna falls in the star of Sun placed in 9th house and sub of Saturn (4th lord) placed in 10th house.This further affirmed that there could be initial struggle in persuasion to the higher authorities but there was a fair chance that the native would win over (6H) on the prevailing clouds of transfer outside. • Look at the 11th cusp for the overall fructification of the query. Saturn is the 11th cuspal sub-lord. Noting that it is Saturn lording it, it occurred to me that the matter may not get finalized soon and it may take a few rounds of thinking for deciding his placements. But, in order that he is not posted outside Delhi, this sub-lord should not signify 3rd house. Note that Saturn falls in the star of Sun placed in 9th house which may allow the considerations of his posting at far-off locations (9H) but its sub-lord Mars placed in 7th house does not seem to be agreed by the native. To have more clarity, note that Saturn is a strong lord of 4th house and his 3rd house lordship is very weak, as 3rd house is occupied. Thus Saturn as 4th lord would favor his posing in Delhi only, though there cold be simultaneous talks of his posting outsides also (weak 3H). Mars is a strong lord of Lagna and thus may decide in favor of the native or what is desired by the native (lagna). Thus, it was assessed that the native would ultimately be posted in Delhi amidst enough tension and possibilities of posting outside. • Look at the dasha breakup. Saturn-Sun-Rahu-Rahu dasha was running till Aug 31, 2009. where DBA lords are favourable to be posted in Delhi. Since, the native’s service term was ending on Aug 31, 2009 he had to face the following sookshma dashas after Aug 31. Jupiter sookshma upto Sep 7, 2009 Saturn sookshma upto Sep 14, 2009 Mercury sookshma starting from Sep 16 and upto Sep 23, 2009 Jupiter (strong planet) falls in 3rd house thereby maintaining the clouds of posting outside Delhi. Retrogression of Jupiter may not materialize anything. Saturn falls in the star of Sun in 9H, making it to promote his transfer outside and that too at far off locations, though sub-lord Mars blocks it by way to its placement in 7H. Mercury is a strong planet placed in 10th house. It falls in the star of Sun placed in 9H but its sub-lord Ketu gets placed in 8th house, blocking the indications of far flung transfers. In this way, Mercury would turn out to be the favorable planet, more so because it has the lordship of the 4th cusp. Conclusion In view of the analysis as above, it was communicated to the native that o His posting shall take time and may involve multiple thought process o Higher authorities may like to post him away from Delhi but his pursuance (lagna) would matter to achieve his goals o Chances of posting in Delhi were bright, almost certain o Posting after Sep 15, 2009 was likely. Some facts of the case The facts of this case are as follows. • The native was due for promotion and in the next cadre, there was no vacancy in Delhi; hence his posting outside Delhi was in active consideration. • The pursuance of the native to the officials deciding for the posting did influence him but the option was yet closed because of no vacancy. • Out of many options, one option was to defer the promotion for a few months so that he may be posted in the same grade in Delhi for which one vacancy was available. Native agreed for the same. • Native received posting order for Delhi based post on Sep 16, 2009. • He is likely to join on Wednesday, Sep 23 2009 at Delhi. Conclusion Prof. Krishnamurthy has devised a pioneering predictive model in predictive astrology, which deserves sincere appreciation.

Case Background 1. Stephane and Martine, both at the age of 24 years, had married on 22 July 1995.Three weeks later on 14 August 1995 their apartment was on fire. Both of them jumped out of a window of their third floor apartment in Agnes, France, and crashed to the ground some 30 feet down. Husband died on impact at 9:40 PM and wife afew hours later. 2.Their AA rated charts given below per courtesy of the AstroDatabank 4.0 are attached herewith. Husband Stephane, 23 June 1971, 04:35 MET (-1), Cholet, France, 47 N 04, 00 W 53 Wife Martine, 24 Jan 1971, 18:55 MET (-1:00), Redon, France, 47 N 39, 02 W 05 Analysis of Husband’s Chart 3. The running DBAS at the time of marriage on 22 July 1995 is Ju-Mo-Mo-Me, which signify 11,7,2 marriage houses as shown below, and Dasa lord Ju was transiting in the star and sub of Ma, Bhukti and Antra lord Mo in own star and sub of Mo, Sookshma lord Me in the star of Su and sub of Bhukti and Antra lord Mo, and Su in the star of Bhukti and Antra lord Mo and sub of Ra. Dasa lord Ju+ is in 6 l/o 8; no planet in star Ju, which is sub lord of 4,10; in star and sub of Sa in 12 l/o 9 (Badhaka)-10-11 Bhukti and Antra lord Mo in 1 l/o 3-4; in star Ra in 9, conj. and star lord Ma in 9 l/o 7-12, sign lord Sa in 12 l/o 910-11; in sub Sa in 12 l/o 9-10-11 Sookshma lord Me in 1 l/o 2; in star Ra in 9, conj. and star lord Ma in 9 l/o 7-12, sign lord Sa in 12 l/o 9-10-11; in sub Ju+ in 6 l/o 8, no planet in star Ju, which is sub lord of 4,10. 4. When he and his wife died together by accident on 14 August 1995, the running DBAS was Ju-Mo-Ma-Ju. As discussed above the Dasa lord Ju and Bhukti lord Mo signify the primary death inflicting houses 9 (Badhaka), 7 (Maraka) and 12 (Moksha), and also secondary houses of death, trigon for accident 4 (end of everything), 8 (accident, danger) and 12 (hospitalization, end of life), and 6 (injury) and 10 (retirement from this world). 5. The Antra and Sookshma had changed to the accident causing and deadlier Ma-Ju as shown Antra lord Ma below and Sookshma lord Ju as discussed above. Antra lord Ma is in 9 l/o 7-12; in own star in 9 l/o 7-12; in sub Ju+ in 6 l/o 8, no planet in star Ju, which is sub lord of 4,10. 6. At the time of death on 14 August 1995, Dasa and Sookshma lord Ju was transiting in the star and sub of Antra lord Ma, Bhukti lord Mo in own star and sub Mo, Antra lord Ma in the star of Dasa and Sookshma lord Ju and sub of Ve, and Su in the star of Bhukti lord Mo and sub of Sa. 7. Ju aspect on Lagna in natal and transit could not save the native from the fatal accident. Life saving or remedy 1,11 signification was also overwhelmed by the significators of death. 8. The 8th cuspal sub lord signification of Badhaka, Maraka and 12, and 12th cuspal sub lord Me signification of Badhaka, Maraka, 6,8,12 and the connection of these cusps with Ma and Sa through the star lord Ra indicate the accidental death. 9.The 1st cuspal sub lord Sa signification of Badhaka, Maraka and 6,8,12 especially through the sub, as shown below, denotes the short life up to 33 years. Sa in 12 l/o 9-10-11; in star Su in 1 l/o 5; in sub Ke+ in 3, aspected by Ju+ in 6 l/o 8, Sa in 12 l/o 9-10-11, Ma in 9 l/o 7-12, star lord Me in 1 l/o 2 10. In addition, his 7th cuspal sub lord Sa also indicates the short life of his wife, as shown below by rotating the chart to 7th. October 2009

OM Gajaananam Namamhyam The Thyroid is one of the largest endocrine glands in the body.This gland is found in the neck inferior to (below) the thyroid cartilage (also known as the Adam's apple in men) and at approximately the same level as the cricoid cartilage. The thyroid controls how quickly the body burns energy, makes proteins, and controls how sensitive the body should be to other hormones. The thyroid participates in these processes by producing thyroid hormones, principally thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3). These hormones regulate the rate of metabolism and affect the growth and rate of function of many other systems in the body. Iodine and tyrosine are used to form both T3 and T4. The thyroid also produces the hormone calcitonin, which plays a role in calcium homeostasis. The thyroid is controlled by the hypothalamus and pituitary. The gland gets its name from the Greek word for "shield", after the shape of the related thyroid cartilage. Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) and hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) are the most common problems of the thyroid gland. Anatomy The thyroid gland is a butterfly-shaped organ and is composed of two cone-like lobes or wings: lobus dexter (right lobe) and lobus sinister (left lobe), connected with the isthmus.The organ is situated on the anterior side of the neck, lying against and around the larynx and trachea, reaching posteriorly the oesophagus and carotid sheath. It starts cranially at the oblique line on the thyroid cartilage (just below the laryngeal prominence or Adam's apple) and extends inferiorly to the fourth or fifth tracheal ring. It is difficult to demarcate the gland's upper and lower border with vertebral levels because it moves position in relation to these during swallowing. My daughter in the advance stage of pregnancy i.e., about to deliver within few days; my wife was very anxious to know the sex of the child, also the date of delivery and to know the results through K.P. system; she pursued my daughter repeatedly to tender a number between 1 to 249. But my daughter some how was reluctant to give the number for the reasons unknown. My wife finally approached me and raised a query on behalf of our daughter. Query: Date of delivery and sex of the child of my second daughter ? And nature of delivery ? The number given was 125. I had taken up the case for analysis on 22-07-2008 at 8-24-44 PM at Nellore , A.P. As per the above number 125, the Lagna was Thula Rasi at 00-00-00. As the query relates to our second daughter, the Lagna of my daughter will be the 7th house from Thula Rasi. The birth lagna of my daughter is Mesha Rasi at 00-00-00 and the delivery relates to the 2nd issue of my daughter, so the 7th house from Mesha Rasi should be taken for consideration regarding the 2nd issue of my daughter. As the pregnancy is confirmed and the delivery expected within few days I ignored to find out the significators of the above houses and my aim is to know sex of the child, date of delivery and also the nature of delivery. So I have also ignored to follow the Dasa period, which is in progress at present and I mainly relied on the transit of Moon, because the event will take place within days. So, I have firmly decided to know the date of delivery of the child with the help of the transit of the Moon, Lagna and the Ruling Planets at the time of Judgment. First I want to know the sex of the child. For this we have to examine the sub lord of the 7th house. As said above, the 7th house falls at Thula Rasi at 00-00-00 and the sub lord is Mercury. So the sub lord Mercury will give the clue about the sex of the child. Mercury is in the star of Punarvasu and the lord of the constellation is Jupiter, a male planet, in the Dhanur Rasi a male sign. Further, the sub lord Mercury is in Midhuna Rasi a male sign. Moreover, the Jupiter, the governor of children (Puthrakaraka) is also aspecting the Mercury with his 7th aspect from Dhanur Rasi. So, without any doubt or dilemma I boldly declared that my daughter was going to be blessed with a male child. Now, I want to know the nature of the delivery ie. whether it will be a normal one or requires Suzerain operation. For this I had examined the 7th house (7th house represents the 2nd issue) and noticed there is no influence of the Mars on the 7th house, only the Saturn is aspecting this house with his 3rd aspect from Simha Rasi. Further, the Jupiter from his own Rasi viz., Dhanur Rasi is aspecting the 1st house ie., Lagna Bhava, the querent, with his 5th aspect and more particularly aspecting Mercury, the sub lord of the 7th house and also Saturn and Mars with his 9th aspect. So the Mars, the Karaka for surgical instruments and operation is receiving the beneficial aspects from Jupiter and as a result there is no chance for the Suzerain operation and the delivery will be the normal or natural delivery. So, the Ruling planets are (1) Mars (2) Saturn (3) Jupiter (R). Both the Mars and Saturn are very strong and fruitful Ruling Planets by holding two portfolios each ie., Mars as Lagna star lord and Day lord and Saturn as Lagna lord and Moon Rasi lord. So the Mars – Saturn – Jupiter are going to play vital role to give the clue to know the date of delivery (But as the Jupiter is under retrogression, so his role is limited). In my observation I came to a conclusion that the Saturn is going to play very important role, because in the chart Saturn is in Simha Rasi in the 5th house along with Mars and aspecting the 7th – 11th – 3rd houses with his 3rd – 7th and 10th aspects respectively. Further, Jupiter from the Dhanur Rasi is aspecting the Saturn and Mars with his 9th aspect. As a result the Saturn being an outer planet has taken the Mars and Jupiter under his control and both the Mars and the Jupiter should act as per the directions of the Saturn only. brief scrutiny and exercise I have selected the Vrichika Rasi.The sign lord is Mars and in the star of Jupiter Visakha is the correct one, because Moon is in the 11th house in Kumbha Rasi being a fast moving planet owning the 5th house is being aspected by the Saturn. So the Moon will comes under the control of Saturn and the Saturn being the sub lord of the 11th house should yield the result of the Moon ie., fulfillment of desire as early as possible. Considering the above fact and as per the K.P. Ephemeris 2001-2010 on 09-08-2008 at about 4.20 P.M. the Moon will enter in to the Vrichika Rasi, the sign lord is Mars, in the star of Jupiter Visakha. So, the said delivery should take place on 09-08-2008 night or 10-08-2008 early hours. Accordingly I advised my daughter to get admitted in the nursing home only on 09-08-2008 i.e., on Saturday evening, even though the doctor had already advised my daughter to get admitted in the nursing home on 07-08-2008 i.e., on Thursday itself. Subsequently in the scanning it is known that the sex of the child is a male. Important References Our beloved Guruji Sri.K.S.K. had predicted not only the date of birth of the child, but also cast the birth chart of the Child well in advance in the KP 6th Reader, Horary Astrology, pages 204-209 under the caption of “When is the Child Birth”. In this connection, it is worthy to note the golden words stated by late Sri. M.P. Shanmugam, a learned K.P. Conclusion On 10-08-2008 at about 02-15 AM I received a phone call from my wife stating that the child birth took place around 02.00 AM, and the delivery was normal. Bhukti was of Venus which as we know is favourable for progeny in this case. Venus appears twice in the Ruling Planets as Moon’s sublord and signlord . Hence this Bhukti which is till November 2010 is fruitful for child birth. Then it was to find out which Antara would be fruitful. There also Jupiter was found twice in the Ruling Planets. It is much stronger than Venus as it is Ascendant signlord and Moon’s starlord. Jupiter itself is not a strong significator for childbirth. Many times I thought to write on this subject, because we find many articles on various subjects on our daily life routine problem and event. Also most of the articles are not on advanced prediction. But during different period we feel change in weather. Main three factor of weather are 1) Temperature 2) The Air movement 3) Moisture. We don’t have weather starting time so we need chart of each period affecting the temperature i.e chart of each period affecting the precipitation of moisture, Air, Temperature. Chart base on Sun position we check temperature, Chart base on Mercury position we check Air movement, and lastly Chart base on Moon position we check moisture, Planetary position( by sign and aspect) for all over world remain same but Asc will be change place to place, so we will give more important to Asc and Bhava in above mention chart. Also we have to check all three charts for giving forecast of weather.Without cocktail of these three charts we can’t predict correctly. the temperature chart is the most important chart to for temperature but also in regard to indicating the general conditions of weather for three month of period. because temperature is also important in rain and wind too. For example in Air movement chart indicate much wind during the period, but temperature chart not indicate same we can predict Wind storm, but we predict balance season. One more and important point is before an astrologer can predict successfully what weather is; he must familiar with the normal weather condition at that place during time of year. In short we can’t predict snowfall in Ahmedabad or 480 Hot in San Francisco. Some sign are dry and other sign are wet. Some planet are dry and some are wet, when we found in temperature chart indicate wet and also moisture chart indicate wet, we can predict more them normal wet. Like this we have to analyze weather chart. The temperature chart not indicate only temperature for all three month but the general tendency of both wind and moisture also. But it does not indicate dates on which there will be change in wind or moisture precipitation. Like this Air movement chart does not indicate temperature or Moisture precipitation.To find out change we take help of Vomshiotry dasa. For 1 yeas we enter only 1 but for one month we divide 1/12=0.083333 this is for one moth now if we want for 7 day we need to divide again by 30 and then multiply by 7= 0.0194444. if we enter 0.0194444 and press F5 we get dasa for 7 days. Like this one can use any days or moth or year dasa . For those who use Raichur’s software and have DASADET.EXE can found dasa for any year, month or days. The 4th house signifies weather in weather chart. 4th house is most important house in weather chart but also three other factor work in weather chart. 4th House : half an wightage goes to 4th house in prediction part.The Sublord of 4th house and its signification play very important role in weather prediction. 1st House: ¼ important given to Asc. Calculation of the AstroDatabank Charts QUESTION Can u kindly let me know that, is there any short cut method to convert the charts appear in Astro Data bank, to our usual chart system, which shows all Sg/L, St/L, Sb/l etc. Practically I am not with a sufficient knowledge in making charts for the places with Summer Time and unusual T/Zones, like Northern Hemispherephere. ANSWER AstroDatabank (ADB) Data 1. For the KPAsro (3.1 or 3.0 etc) users who own the ADB 4.0 data SW, a converter program of the ADB chart details into the KPAstro is available to download at this website of the Free KPE-zine – http://kpastrologer.com. 5. However, for the ADB chart data, which are now available at the following link, --- http://www.astro.com/astrodatabank/Main_Page are to be manually entered into any KP chart making SW as explained below. SWs with ACS Atlas 6. The SWs equipped with the Astro Communications Services (ACS) atlas usually will show the relevant latitude and longitude and time zone, after manually entering the name, gender, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth. Any other SW will also show the relevant latitude and longitude and time zone, if the place of birth (city) is in the SW’s built-in atlas. (For US cities it is necessary to choose the relevant state.) Any slight difference in the latitude and longitude can be adjusted as required or preferred. If there is a doubt, it can be checked with the Google Earth map, if the place under consideration is there. 7. In order to get the accurate positions of cusps and planets, it is better to directly enter the preferred ayanamsa value, for instance the KPNA, before calculation (other than adjusting the cuspal and planetary positions by the difference of ayanamsa value used in calculation and the KPNA value). Check Points 8. The check point figures for the correctness of the data entry are at the top right hand side of the natal chart (Placidus) , i.e. Time (of birth) 23:11 Universal Time 17:41 Sid. Time 03:01:06 and Ascendant Le 20:05:15 (in sayana) at the bottom left hand side of the chart. 9. If the chart details are correctly entered, the SW is to provide more or less the same Sidereal Time 03:01:06 and Ascendant position Cn 27:28:01 (= Le 20:05:15 minus KPNA 22:37:14).. If the Sidereal Time or Ascendant position is significantly different, it is required to check the data entry and make the necessary correction. Any SW 10. Another thing to note is that the TZ 5:30 is shown as 5:30 (in hour and minute) in some SWs like Sri Raichur’s SW, JHora,Astraura, Smart Horary (KP) Astrology but 5.50 (in full hour and decimal hour) in some SWs like KPAstro, AstroSage or MyKundli, KPStarOne. So it should be careful to enter the minute portion of the TZ correctly, depending on the SW used. Here TZ 5:14 East is to be converted to 5.2333h East, if necessary. Easy and Safe Way 14. For any Time Zone, LMT or TZ East or TZ West or TOB Standard Time or Day Light Saving Time (DST) what ever it may be, the easy and safe way is to enter the “Universal Time” (here GMT) and “TZ GMT” or Zero into the SW. The Universal Time is shown in the second line at at the top right hand side of the natal chart (Placidus), in the Indira Gandhi’s chart, i.e. 19:09 of 11 May 1895. 15. Another way is to use IST derived from the Universal Time plus 5:30 with TZ 5:30 East or 5.50 East, in our example 19:09 of 11 May 1895 plus 5:30 = IST 0:39 of 12 May 1895. Some Notes 16. It is to enter the latitude and longitude what is given with East or West, North or South, for instance West longitude for the US cities, South latitude for African cities, South latitude and West longitude for Latin American cities etc. 17.
