JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS FOR DEMOBILIZATION WORKS

Follow method statement. Follow CPW. Adequate supervision. Tool box talk prior to start the task. Avoid unauthorised entry to the area. Provide signage for restrict unauthorised personnel to enter area. Awareness shall be provided to the personnel who ever involved in the activities. JSA briefing shall be done prior to the job along with the toolbox talks. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (Hand gloves, eye protection, and hard hat). Inform Client for approval before start the job.
