Ms. Rahmah : Okay, Please introduce yourself briefly? Ms. Maria

: My name is Icha Maria, I’m twenty two years old. I have graduated from Sebelas  Maret University, majoring in Accounting diploma. I can speak English very well, even though I’ I’m not Majoring in English. My Activity right now is writing on my travel blog, I’ I’m also active in several communities that related to my background.

Ms. Rahmah : What are your your strengths, strengths, please specify each of three? Ms. Maria

: My strengths are I love to learn new things, I have a good analytical thinking, and I like to pursue my target in working on financial statements.

Ms. Rahmah : What are your your weaknesses, please specify specify each of three? three? Ms. Maria

: My weakness are, I often experience nervousness in the first 5 minutes , when I will speak in public, but I can overcome that by focusing on what I will present.  Next, I am a perfectionist, so, sometimes I choose to work on financial statements themselves. Actually financial statements are easier to complete if done together in a team.

Ms. Rahmah : Oh Okay, so, so, why should we hire you? you?

: If you hire me, it it will will be a great platform to showcase showcase my skills. Whatever goals I set, I ensure to complete them within stipulated time.

Ms. Rahmah : Can you work with with a team and under pressure? pressure?

Ms. Maria

: Yes, I can, I also don’t think it’s a pressure because it’s the responsibility of my work and it’s also a great change to improve the quality of myself. myself.  

Ms. Rahmah : In your opinion, why is our company “special” compared to other companies?? companies? ? Ms. Maria

: In my opinion, this company is “special” compared to others because of its  professional operation and its high quality of products. Of several companies in this country, this company belongs to one of the few companies that have international reputation because of its quality of products. Its performance and reputation are widely known.

Ms. Rahmah : Can you speak other foreign languages besides English? Ms. Maria

: Yes, Ma’am I can speak Mandarin well.

Ms. Rahmah : How about operating computers? Can you operate a computer? Ms. Maria

: Yes, Ma’am I can operate windows programs well. I’m proficient in many computer software programs, including Miscrosoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Ms. Rahmah : Do you have any work experience? Ms. Maria

:Yes, Ma’am Ma’am.. I have worked as an accounting staff in a small local company at PT Gajah Mungkur for two years.

Ms. Rahmah : Why did you leave your last job? Ms. Maria

: I leave my last job because. I would like like to develop my career and get more more challenging job in a multinational company like this company.

 

Ms. Rahmah : Why do you you want to work work for this company? Ms. Maria

: Well, because this company is well established with reputation. I heard that the  promotion system here is very good. Besides, this company is worldwide. worldwide.

Ms. Rahmah : What do you know about about accounting? Ms. Maria

: Accounting can be the activity, activity, practice, or profession of maintaining and checking the business records of a forms and reports for tax or other financial  purpose.

Ms. Rahmah : What do you know about assets and liabilities? liabilities? Ms. Maria

: Assets are all valuable thing owned by a company. The assets can be tangible and intangilble ones. Liabilities are money that a company has to pay to other  parties. Liabilities also include the loans that a company borrows form a bank of from other financial institutions for working capita.

Ms. Rahmah : What are the main responsibilities responsibilities of an accounting staff? Ms. Maria

: The main responsibilities of an accounting staff are preparing some financial reports and some other tasks related to accounting.

Ms. Rahmah : Why do you want to become an accounting staff? Ms. Maria

: Well, because this position is suitable with my educational background and my skills. Besides, I want to be an accounting staff here because I’m used to doing things related to accounting.

Ms. Rahmah : How do you see yourself 5 years from now ? Ms. Maria

: I am driven to be the best at what I do and I want to work somewhere I’ll have opportunities to develop my skills, take on interesting projects, and work with  people I can really learn from. Some of the most innovative thinkers in the

 

industry work work here and that’s a big reason why I would love to build a career here. Ms. Rahmah : OK. This is my last question. As the starting salary, salary, how much do you expect from this company? Ms. Maria

: Frankly speaking, this is a very difficult question for me to answer Sir. But i’ll let you know my present salary. My present job pays me Rp 5 million a month, excluding bonuses. I’m looking to start here at five hundred thousand rupiah above that figure with periodic inccreases based on my performance on the job. But again, it depends on your fixed standard salary here for a person like me for this position. I am sure this company has a fixed standard salary especially for an experienced employee like me.
