Increased task order funding by 55.3% to $17.7M. Completed Agile modernization and migration of public websites to Adobe CQ Content Management System (CMS) platform. Created mobile website via ASP.NET MVC framework for US citizens traveling abroad to better access DoS emergency assistance.



Bureau of Overseas Building Operations, US Department of State – Coordinate 9-person team providing solution enhancements and support for secure, shared central repository on Open Text Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform. Increased task order funding by 45.7% to $5.1M. Maintain customized Records Management (RM) Program to ensure regulatory compliance. Enhance and support Java-based applications for tracking invoices and for controlling staff tasks and assignments.



Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, US Department of State – Managed $329K project to plan, schedule, and gather requirements for a workflow management application, including proposal submission, review, and approval for the English Language MicroScholarship Program.
