PROFESSIONAL HISTORY Program / Project Management Consultant Houston, TX | 2003-2007 & 2009-present Simplified PMO Process: At Air Liquide, created Project Management Center of Excellence for the Americas. Streamlined work intake process reducing ambiguity and effort required by business partners resulting in increased customer satisfaction. Developed business cases, secured funding approvals, and negotiated contracts. Built Global PMO Organization: At Hewlett-Packard, created global IT SOX PMO organization, governance and methodology across 5 business lines and 18 countries.
