Assignment was to design, procure, implement, and support a scalable 100 user infrastructure. This position requires an FBI Top Secret clearance. LACLEAR – Systems Analyst for Los Angeles County Regional Criminal Information Clearinghouse (LACLEAR). Designed, implemented and supported the network infrastructure and enterprise servers supporting multiple law enforcement applications.

Experience 2010 to Present – STG Inc. Western Regional Manager – Manage daily operations of IT maintenance personnel in 17 western states and 8 field divisions of the Drug Enforcement Administration. Interface with the DEA Special Agents in Charge and coordinate additional resources from DEA Headquarters for additional services in each of the 8 field divisions. Provide advice and technical support to the administrators when needed. 2008 to 2010 – MC Solutions LLC - Sole Proprietor of IT business consulting with companies supporting Law Enforcement and local business and advising clients in infrastructure and General IT business. 2004 to 2008 – Project Manager/Consultant, Memex Corp. – A software company producing intelligence products focused on military and law enforcement intelligence organizations. Provided direction on information technology infrastructure and business processes to the project directors. Lead a project team to design and implement the IT infrastructure, network, and business processes. Directing an LAJRIC working group, mentored management personnel on business implementation. Promoted to U.S. Support Manager for the significant increase customer service and satisfaction. 2004 to 2005 – IT Project Manager for the Los Angeles Joint Regional Intelligence Center (LAJRIC), Lead the project team to design, document and implement the IT infrastructure.
