INTRODUCTION

The draft of the revised code was presented and discussed in the meeting of Flexible Pavement Committee held on 1 th May, 2002 and it was decided that the draft document may be modified in the light of the comments of the members and sent to Convenor, Flexible Pavement Committee for forwarding to Highways Specifications & Standards (HSS) Committee.
