Responsibilities were to relocate domestic systems from Danbury CT to St. Louis MO and international data centers; provide systems consulting to select and implement cost effective computer solutions, which reduce costs through timely and accurate information reporting, and which met the needs of local management, while conforming to consolidation reporting requirements. Tasks included: project management, reviews, recommendations, system plans, system proposals, financial analysis, creating standards and procedures manual for the International Systems Group and Export/Import Services, and install a systems development methodology for international use. Assisted in migration of Union Carbide systems running on an IBM S/38. Managed 3 – 50 person projects.
