INTRODUCTION The inspection activity has been carried out in a Lubricants & Greases Company, located in Sharjah, UAE which is mainly involved in the manufacturing of oil and greases and complying with occupational health and safety regulations. The activities being carried out in day to day operations include material handling, packing , blending oil, loading cartoons. The scope of inspection was to identify any potential hazards, to check the effectiveness of existing control measures and recommend any further control measure to ensure that residual risk are as low as possible and harmless. All the findings which I recorded are attached to the observation sheets. Executive Summary The management of company is highly committed to safeguard its employees, visitors, contractor and all stakeholders from the hazards arising out of its daily operations.
