Export file to tab mapinfo layer Airport drive test (RxLevSub)
SATUMUARETMG3 have no neighbor with SOEWARNAMG1, we will create this neighbor.
Airport drive test (RxQualSub) After swap, SOEWARNAMD, upgrade capacity S322->S433, we will change handover strategy, make more easier HO to GSM900 strong signal.

SHERATONBDRMG3 57% TA>=4, wide coverage SHERATONBDRMG2 21% TA>=4, wide coverage SHERATONBDRMD3 Slow handoff from DCS1800 to GSM900…
STOJIACMG3: 35% TA=4, large coverage area. After SWAP, TOC power 1.3 db larger than NSN.
Page 36
High Way DT results (RxLev Sub (dBm) ) The signal is good and the RxLev Sub (dBm) is above -85dbm
site distribution is far here, and the height is low, nearest site PANTAIINDHUTMG height is 14 meters, some area in lower coverage
Page 37
High Way DT results ( RxQual Sub ) The quality is poor due to have two plot
form site rukosibalecmd3 to site pluitmasintcmd1 ,slow handoff ,make for quality poor
form site drsemerumd3 to site psjmbatanbsimd3 ,slow handoff ,make for quality poor

Background
there are two areas in cluster 306 in Poor coverage. Area A is between JE032 And JE034, it is blocked by small hill and Dense forest. Area B is between JE034 and JE015, the road is waving up and down, signal is Blocked by road and tree. Show the site map, terrain map and poor coverage area.

3.Drive Test result In drive test (idle mode), the signal in this area is below -88 dBm, MS serving by JE032A(13121), the signal from JE034GC(13223) is very poor. this area is 1.6km from JE034GC, 3 km from JE032GA. show drive test result, rxlevel by idle mode!

4. Analysis of poor coverage the attitude of site is 200 meters, and the obstacle is 240 meters or so, the poor coverage area is 170 meters, the signal is blocked by the obstacles (A&B&C). make a sketch of obstacle! Display attitude on the road!

5. Conclusion poor coverage is caused by: √ obstacle □ Hardware problem □ Power Parameter configuration problem □ RF parameter (Antenna Height, Azimuth, DownTilt) □ Neighbor List problem 1.interference, quality and C/I bad 2.slow handoff 3.overshooting 4.NCC+BCC, Training serial number

Attentions
Page 51
attentions 1.Before drive test, make sure the task first….make sure everything is ready, such as tools, map, route, export report template 2.During drive test, make sure all the tools is working well. On field engineer familiar with the KPI (RxLevl, RxQual,TA,C/I,serving cell) and events (access failure, call drop, download throughput, upload throughput)….. 3.After drive test, finished the report as soon as possible
