PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE TARGET STORES — Montclair, CA HR Generalist, 2000 to May 2013 Recruited to open new store guiding the start up and management of a full spectrum of HR operations for 350 employees; Worked with regional management to create HR policies and procedures consistent with headquarters standards; recruit employees; and develop orientation, training and incentive programs.
