With the use of standard productized integration content you can integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA ON-PREMISE with flexible user experience, data and process integration. This covers integration of employee data, organizational data from SuccessFactors Employee Central to S/4HANA ON-PREMISE, and integration of cost center from S/4HANA ON-PREMISE to SuccessFactors Employee Central. Employee information is one of the key part of enterprise foundation. Employee Central provides a single consistent source of information and engagement for all processes in the S/4HANA ON-PREMISE that use HR data. Using HCI as middleware for these integration scenarios, we get prepackaged Integration Content which leverages the implementation of these business processes by using simple configuration steps via a Web based Interface. In addition, we can monitor the status of data transfer for these Business processes centrally in HCI.

SAP S/4HANA blends transactions and analytics allowing operational reporting on live transactional data. This concept is based on SAP Core Data Services (CDS views) built on the transactional and master data tables of SAP S/4HANA across the entire suite. The result is business content represented by Analytical Queries on top of a Virtual Data Model (VDM), which can be consumed independently allowing the creation of way more use cases: - Operational OLAP reporting leveraging the analytical engine (built-in SAP Business Warehouse functionality) - Scenarios of built-in Analytics for hybrid transactional and analytical applications - Read-access for Search/Fact Sheets - New planned extractors for Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) staging into SAP BW to create consistency between the models
