How to slam dunk Dunking is one of the most beautiful sight of all sports. Much people dream about dunking in a game. You need some skills to do it, but it’s possible to learn by yourself with much practice and training. The simplest dunk are the one handing dunk, a two handing dunk and at last the reverse dunk. Dunking count as 2 point. But different of a normal shot is that a dunk hurts the opposites. It’s something that has a metal effect to the others. Secondly, the chance of a missing shot is limited. You always be careful you don’t miss it, because the chance of losing ball is increased. You have to jump as high that you’re hand is above the rim. Here some tips and tricks to build up your height. Go to the gym It’s like fitness, in both hands you need some weights. And then you simulate some sports movements. Set yourself a regular program of jumping exercises First of al you start with simple exercises. For example: jump, and touch 10 times the net. When had all the jumps you try 10 time the backboard and at last the rim. Begin a program of wind sprints Mark a track of 50 meters, sprint and continue with walk, do this 5 times. Once you can touch the ring attempt to bunk small objects First try it with a small ball, like a tennis bal or golf balls. When it going well, take a larger bal like a volleyball soccer ball and finally a basketball. Jump rope at least three times per week Now you can jump high enough, you have to work on your mechanics. Try to hold the ball in one hand. When you’re ready try to dunk with a dribble. And at last, speed it up like you have a fast break. Try to jump higher and train harder to get better slam dunks, how more you fly, how better the dunk.
