How to activate SIS for historical data If you want to activate your SIS for historical data, you need to carry out below mentioned steps.
Go to SE38 Run below programs o RMCVNEUA - For sales orders (Or you can directly run the transaction OLI7)
When running OLI7, make sure to check 'Re-determine update group' and 'Update documents' checkboxes. In this way, if there were any documents that did not have the update group (VBAP-STAFO field), that field will be determined and updated. o o
RMCVNEUL - For delivery documents (Or you can directly run the transaction OLI8) RMCVNEUF - For billing documents (Or you can directly run the transaction OLI9)

By executing above step, all historical data will get copied to a version called “&(“ Now you need to copy those date from the version “&(“ to standard version “000” to view the report. If not; SIS reports will not display any historical data. To do this,
Go to SE38 and execute the program RMCSISCP (You can directly run the transaction OLIX as well)
Give your info structure
Press You have below options o o o

Copy a version: the source version of the information structure is copied to the target version. Delete a version: the source version of the information structure is deleted. Copy and delete: the source version of the information structure is copied to the target version and is then deleted.
Maintain below data and execute
Source version should be “&(“ Target version should always “000”
Press You’ll get a popup message as below
Now you can go to MCSI or any standard SIS report can execute for historical data. You should be able to view historical data. Eg:
