Scope Statement Scope of this Project This project will deliver a 60,000 sq. ft. football stadium that can host high school football games, practices, and various school events. The stadium will include turf with hash marks and yard lines and goalposts for the team to play on, benches on the field for team/staff, bleachers for both home and away team fans (capacity 8,000), electricity, a press-box, a box office, 150 sq. ft. electronic scoreboard, stadium lighting, sound, water, and public bathrooms. This project will not include locker rooms, parking lots, stadiums exterior landscaping, or concessions/amenities.

Solution Overview This football stadium should fundamentally provide full functionalities to the Plano high school and its football team. This stadium enables the Plano high school football team to practice in safe environments, and brings convenience of attendance to their families and friends. The Plano high school football team can take home advantages from holding the main matches with local opponents or famous rivals in this stadium. Moreover, it is anticipated that this football stadium supports local community involvements on athletic purposes as well as non-football purposes. The stadium itself causes a great pride of the regional football fans and gives some extent of reputation to the Plano high school. There can be more opportunities to open an event or a festival in that area, and its neighbors will be involved more in possible future activities.

Project Deliverables Overview This project contains 5 phases, which are Planning Phase, Procurement Phase, Construction Phase, Finishing phase and testing phase. In the planning phase, there are 4 main deliverables including Assemble project team, Develop project scope, Resource planning and Design. During Procurement phase, there are three main deliverables, which are purchase materials, rent equipments and contract laborers. The construction phase will be divided into Horizontal Construction and Vertical Construction. During horizontal construction, we will lay stadium foundation & turf and also install on field goalposts and benches. Among vertical construction, we will construct bleachers, build restrooms, press box and box office. The Finishing phase also have two main deliverables, Fitting and furnishing. In fitting, we will install floor lights, electric fittings, plumbing, electronic scoreboard and sound equipment. In furnishing, we will do the painting, develop room and interior design, and insert hash-marks and yard-lines. The final phase will be testing. In this phase, the stadium will be tested whether it meets fire code and will gain approval from city council. And we will rectify errors and problems if there are. If the testing result is good, the whole project is completed and the project is ready for use. 10
