The world premiere of HEATHERSTHEMUSICALopened Off-Broadway on March 31, 2014 at New World Stages. It was presented by Andy Cohen, Andy Fickman, J. Todd Harris, Kevin Murphy, Laurence O'Keefe, Amy Powers,Jamie Bendell, Bmce Bendell, Scott Benson, Scott Prisand in association with Big Block Entertainment, Bernard Abrams & Michael Speyer/StageVentures, Katie Leary/Vineyard Point Productions, Bill Prady, Karen J. Lauder, The Hasty Pudding Institute, Evan Todd, RJ Hendlicks, and HIPZEE. The executive producer was Denise DiNovi in association with Lakeshore Entertainment. This original production was directed by Andy Fickman, with choreography by Marguerite Derricks, fight direction by Rick Sordelet & Christian Kelly-Sordelet, sets by Timothy R. Mackabee, costumes by Amy Clark, lighting by Jason Lyons, hair/wigs/makeup by Leah Loukas, sound by Jonny Massena, musical direction by Dominick Amendum, and casting by Sheila Guthrie & Suzanne Goddard-Smythe. The Production Stage Manager was Ritchard Druther, assisted by Cassie Apthorpe. Musical arrangements and orchestrations were by Laurence O'Keefe & Ben Green. Madeline Myers and Madeline Smith were music and score preparation assistants.
