4. Unsafe condition on the lifting gear (chain sling) the hook latches were missing.
Unsafe lifting operation. Foreman in charge assigned incompetent banks man to sling loads.
Monthly colour code inspection of the sling has not implemented.
5. Lack of information on the hazardous substance (Diesel Oil) used in carpentry area.

7. Hand tools inspection is not in place. Since we found unsafe hand tools (loose hammer head, chisel with a mushroom head and makeshift hand tools at the carpentry area).

Provision of good ventilation to all transportation service of workers and would be better air-conditioned to prevent discomfort, heat stress and stroke. Giving awareness on dealing with the hot or heat weather. Advice workers must sleep atleast 8 hours every night and also by adding more salt to their food to avoid muscle crumps.
