Booster pump unit and start panels The pump station consists of two individually operating pumps, heating coil, filters and a suction tank. For safety reasons, the power supply to the pump station starter panels is taken two separate circuits, one supplying each pump.
HYDRAULIC JACK COMPLETE Heating tank unit Heating unit is to heat lubricating oil. The lubricating oil heated by which heating unit is delivered to main engine cylinder through ME engine type lubricator unit.
Lubricator unit The lubricator unit, one for each cylinder, each comprise two lubricator for 98-70bore engines and lubricator for medium and small bore engines. Each lubricator unit is equipped with one accumulator with nitrogen pre-pressure 25-30bar on the inlet side, and one accumulator on the outlet side of each lubricator, with nitrogen pre-pressure 1.5bar. Each lubricator features 3,4,5 or 6 lubricating pistons, depending on engine type, a feedback sensor and a solenoid valve.
