GoldenTowns Guide Level 1-10
Click Here to GoldenTowns Sign Up !!! After you finished the mini tutorial, the result should have an additional q1 market and q2 house. Just leave it there and only renovate it when its over 25% degradation or depending on your choice. NOTE: Don't build any additional production facilities/buildings like vegetable & meat farm because you won't be needing it at the moment. Besides, your current production buildings are enough to provide all your resources. 1. Don't operate the iron & clay building because you won't be needing it yet. 2. Start the production of vegetable, meat, wood and stone building. 3. Hire more workers if your population is below 100% so you can maximimze your manpower & labor. 4. Build q2 road starting from city/town hall to vegetable farm(5 tiles). 5. Upgrade vegetable to q2. 6. Start the production of meat, wood & stone. If it's not available then proceed to next step. 7. Build q2 road from town hall to meat farm(6 tiles). Don't do shortcut by connecting the q2 road from vegetable farm passing the jungle and breaking its ground because it will cost you a lot of resources. 8. Upgrade meat farm to q2. FAQ: Why we prioritize the meat farm upgrade when the other 3 production buildings are just beside the vegetable farm.
ANSWER: It's because the meat farm is cheaper to produce compare to wood and stone. If you choose to upgrade the latter then you might experience shortage of supply. 9. Upgrade wood factory to q2. (cheaper than stone) 10. Upgrade stone factory to q2. 11. Build q2 roads to the far right side of the road(7-8 tiles) from town hall, just in the middle of 3 houses and build a market on the that location. (refer to the picture above) NOTE: On the next day or after a long hours rest from playing GoldenTowns, it would be advisable to follow this sequence. Idle time*** •Production (operate sleeping factories) •Happiness (look for upgradable houses or hire more workers) •Construction (start building) TIPS: As you noticed during the 1st sequence which is Production, almost half of the vegetables are gone due to operating consumption of the factories. All you have to do is exchange your abundant resources in "MARKET" tab but never exchange iron & clay because it's too expensive to produce and quiet cheap to sell. Always perform the Production first, so it won't be delayed due to supply shortage. NO PRODUCTION = LESS GOLD 12. Upgrade 3 houses under the influence of market. 13.Build q3 road from city hall to vegetable farm. 14. Upgrade vegetable farm to q3. 15. Build q3 road from city hall to meat farm. 16. GoldenTowns Level 11-20+
Click Here to GoldenTowns Sign Up !!! Note: X mark sign is not suitable spot for production building. There should be a q1 restaurant beside the city/townhall in order to upgrade it to q5. Congratulations for reaching Level 11, this stage will test your economic skills on how you can budget your resources and energy consumption. Here are the lists of your objectives on this crucial stage: #1 Level 5 or Q5 Production Buildings - the six standard production building must be upgraded to q5 in order to save energy. #2 Happiness 100% - having 100% happiness can easily earn you gold by selling some of your unskilled workers, then the gold can be used to buy energy packs if you like. It can also make all your workers lifespan extend to 60 days. #3 Conserve Energy - save as much as you can since energy packs are quiet expensive. When repairing your building it would be wise to wait for 85% degradation to save energy. If there is a dying worker in a factory, don't operate it because it can disrupt the process when it dies and you will not only lose energy but also time.
#4 Build q5 production building according to this ratio: Vegetable Farm Meat Farm Wood Factory Stone Factory Iron Factory Clay Factory
3 2 1.5 1.5 1 1
For every 3 vegetable farms there should be; 2 meat farm, 1.5 wood factory, 1.5 stone factory, 1 iron factory and 1 clay factory. This is to balance the production cost since 1 q5 clay factory need 80 meat, 80 wood, 80 stone and 80 iron in order to produce 350 clay (tax deducted). The rest you can calculate it by yourself depending on the number of your factories operational cost. This is all I can share because all of it are pretty redundant just like the guide in Level 1-10. Just continue where you left and proceed to upgrading all production buildings to q5, acquiring 100% happiness, save your energy, and build a balance production factories. Always remember that this is just only a game so have fun and enjoy! Thank you for reading my GoldenTowns Guide and Tutorial.
