Sub: Usage of Sanitizer – Sanitizer – Reg. *-*-* All of you are aware that, we are providing Sanitizers, Masks, and other relevant products to our Development Officers, Recovery Officers as a safety measure from Covid-19 (Corona Virus) by incurring lot of expenditure. 





All the Development officers and Recovery officers shall wear the Masks, and Use the Sanitizer at the time of their visit to our esteemed subscribers in discharging their duties by keeping one bottle of sanitizer along with them. All of you to use Sanitizer carefully advise the staff to use the one bottle of Sanitizer at least for a period period of 3 weeks. But the field staff requesting Sanitizers within one week or ten days is not acceptable. acc eptable. Further, the Accountant of the Branch shall monitor the usage of Sanitizer by the field staff such as D.O’s and R.O’s and other staff who ever at the field work advise them to use carefully.

All of you are aware that, we are in the process of Digitalisation and almost all the branches are programmed and functioning through online process. proce ss. At the time of calling the chit subscribers by the staff of corporate office as per available record record at about 10% to 15% of the contact numbers are not correctly entered in the enrolment forms by concerned staff at your branches.
