GB/T 11263-2010

Foreword This standard is drafted according to the rules provided in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard is non-equivalent with JIS G 3192-2008 Dimensions, mass and permissible variations of hot rolled steel sections. This standard replaces GB/T 11263-2005 Hot-rolled H and cut T section steel. Compared with GB/T 11263-2005, the main difference with this standard is as follows: ——Add specifications of four series models of H450× 150, H475 × 150, H500× 150 and H625× 200 as well as H 298× 201× 9× 14 of H300 × 200 series. ——Add HP series and thickness dimension requirements. --Adjust sectional area, theoretical weight and sectional characteristic parameters, etc. --Add flange bending and flange leg side outer edge passivation requirements in the part of H-steel dimension and allowable deviation of appearance. ——Annex B updates newly added I-section steel and H-section steel models and cross-sectional characteristic parameter comparison. ——Add annex C to specify the size, cross-sectional area, theoretical weight and section properties of super-thick and extra-weight H-section steel. Compared with JIS G3192-2008, the main difference is a follows: ——The H -section steel is divided into four categories of wide flange, middle flange, narrow flange and thin wall. ——Add 19 models of thin-wall type. ——Add such 10 series models as H450× 150, H475 × 150, H500× 150, H550× 200, H550× 300, H625× 200, H650× 300, H750× 300, H850× 300 and Hl000× 300 and other 19 specifications. ——Add part of cut T-section steel model series. ——In table 3, "less than 5mm" column is added for thickness t1 and the allowable deviation is ±0.5mm; "less than 5mm" column is added for thickness t2 and the allowable deviation is ±0.7mm; newly added flange leg outer edge passivation requirements. ——Add requirements for technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, quality certificates. ——Remove original Annex A, add defect repair welding of H-section steel and T-section steel in Annex A. ——Add Annex C to specify the size, cross-sectional area, theoretical weight and section properties of agreed super-thick and extra-weight H-section steel. The Annex A, Annex B and Annex C are all informative annexes. The standard is proposed by China Steel Industry Association. This standard is under centralized management of National Steel Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 183). This standard is drafted by: Maanshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Research Institute of Metallurgical Industry Information Standards, Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., Hebei Jinxi Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Huning Steel Machinery Co., Ltd., Rizhao Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., MCC Building Research Institute Co., Ltd., Anshan Baode Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. The standard is mainly drafted by: Wu Baoqiao, Wang Limin, Xi Tie, Feng Chao, Du Chuanzhi, Zhao Yichen, Zhang Baojun, Wu Mingchao, Liu Baoshi, Gao Jiling, Wang Hongxin, Wu Meizhuang, Liu Funing, Wang Kefeng and Liu Tao This standard successively replaces the following standards ——GB/T 11263—1998,GB/T 11263—2005.

5.2 Dimension, appearance and allowable deviation 5.2.1 The dimension, appearance and allowable deviation of H-section steel shall respectively comply with the specifications of Table 3 and Table 4. According to the requirements of purchaser, the dimension, appearance and allowable deviation of H-section steel and cut T-section steel can also be specified by agreement reached by the purchaser and supplier. 5.2.2 The cut surface of H-section steel and cut T-section steel shall not have burr that exceeds 8mm. 5.3 H-section steel and cut T-section steel shall not have obvious torsion evidence. 5.3.1 H-section steel and cut T-section steel shall be delivered according to theoretical weight (theoretical weight is calculated based on density of 7.85g/cm3). The supplier and purchaser shall negotiate and indicate the weight in the contract and the delivery can also be made according to actual weight. 5.3.2 Allowable deviation of delivery weighty of H-section steel and cut T-section steel shall comply with the specification of Table 5. The calculation method of allowable deviation is the difference between actual weight and theoretical weight divided by theoretical weight, represented by percent rate. 5.4 Specification representation H-section steel: H and height H value × width B value × web thickness t1 value × flange thickness t2 value. Such as: H596×199×10×15 Cut T-section steel: T and height h value ×width B value × web thickness t1 value × flange thickness t2 value. Such as: T207 ×405 × 18 × 28 9
