Capabilities

Gas Processing Plant Control Systems Wilson Mohr has extensive history in

providing

fully

integrated

plant

automation systems for new projects or retrofits in the midstream gas processing market. The automation systems may include Distributed Control Systems (DCS); Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC); Safety Systems; Fire & Gas Systems; Operator Stations and field instrumentation. The complete solution will be engineered and documented to provide excellent performance and minimize costs.

Standardization Wilson Mohr has developed a standardized approach to meet customer demands for safe, cost effective, quickly executed control system. We start with a redundant , dual media communication network. Field I/O is routed through junction boxes or Remote I/O panels with redundant power and communications. Redundant controllers utilize uniform configuration commands and objects to insure clarity of functionality and ease of recognition. Redundant data servers handle engineering station and I/O server functions. Hardwire interconnection between control system and skids & process equipment utilize process wiring solutions. Field instrumentation packages with proven performance are available.

Wilson Mohr can provide support in the development of your plant Safety Requirement Specification solution. After all potential hazards have been identified and layer of protection analysis has been completed, the Safety Instrumented System with all the Safety Instrumented Functions requirements defined can be designed. Our engineering staff will select technology, select architecture, determine test philosophy and perform reliability & safety evaluation. Once the Safety Integrity Level is achieved, the Safety Instrumented System detail design can be completed. Loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, panel layouts, PLC programming are all part of the complete control system.
