Add head Up, add blindfold 11) Core – Sit up dribbles, heels stay on floor, cross under legs Crunches, legs raised, bring knees to chest Leg scissors while raised PRO DRIBBLE WRAP SERIES 1) behind back waist wrap. Rt hand dribble, then wrap around left waist and catch it outide and behind other leg. 2 dribble, then one dribble 2) Body Neck dribble a. Seat, dribble around body, around feet, under knees b. Lay down and drum dribble with ball above head. Elbows up and palms down. Sit back up and keep going around body. 3) Rafer Alston Series a. Rt hand dribble in front, then 2nd dribble thru legs, then rt hand under butt slide dribble to left hand, repeat other side. Keep it going. PRO QUICK HAND DRILLS (ADVANCED) 1) Spider Flips. Like flip an flop combined rt left in front, rt left in back, repeat. Add walk with it. 2) UNIVERSAL STANCE PRO FLIPS GREAT FOR MAKING HIPS BE DROPPED Hold ball palm up in front o fyou with arm under rt leg. Flip ball up and bring arm out from under leg and catch it palm up with arm out in front of leg., repeat back to beginning. KEEP BODY STILL, ADD PIVOTS 3)TOSS n CATCH catch with one hand under knee after slamming off floor with one hand dribble. GREAT FOR MAKING HIPS BE DROPPED 4) 5)

IMPOSSIBLE CATCH – bounce it and catch it in football hike position with hands and arm reaching back under legs behind butt. TENNIS BALL JUGGLE – a. Juggle two tennis balls in one hand b. Dribble a ball and juggle with other hand c. Add let tennis balls bounce and catch them while dribbline
