F6 – F70 When one through bolt is failed, replace diagonally opposed throughbolt also. To re-torque through-bolts, loosen four of them to ½ turn, and re-torque them to the specification.
Cylinder The largest single part of the breaker. It is machined, then heat-treated and polished to the specification. F1 – F5
F6 & F9
F11 - F70
Accumulator Reserves pressure oil and absolves pressure spike when piston is at top dead center and bottom dead center. It is Nitrogen filled. F11and up,diaphragms can be replace with hand tools.

When diaphragm is damaged, inlet hose will vibrates and brake power will be decreased.
Piston Transmits dynamic power toward the rod and rod will break object rock. Surface of the piston is super finished. Not chrome plated. F1 – F5

Front-Cover/Bushing Front-Cover/Bushing holds rod and it is exposed to the dusty condition. Grease lubrication is a key for maintenance. F1 - F5 : 4mm F6 ・ F9 : 6mm Clearance
Front-Bushing For F11 and larger breakers, front-cover is provided with wear indicating recess. Advise operator to replace front cover before recess is wear out. Use of worn front cover can damage rod head or piston striking face . F11 - F27 : 3.5 mm F30 - F70 : 4.5 mm Thrust bushing

Rod Four different kind of rods are available for different rock conditions.
Rod Flat(blunt)rod Flat tip design rod, common for shot rock breaking. Used for hard but cracked rock. Rod breaks rock with shock wave. Because of flat face, rod will not slip during breaking.
Moil point / corn rod Conical tip is named corn rod and square dipyramid is named moil point rod. Commonly used for breaking of concrete, rock layers, hard foundation and road construction. Sharp point can penetrate well against the rock with wedge effect.
Rod Wedge point Chisel design tip is named wedge point.. Wedge effect of the tip will penetrate into the object rock. Good for trenching, breaking of layered rock. It is not recommended to use for hard rock.
Core rod Fitted hard alloy steel bar in the moil point rod. This rod is only recommended for abrasive rock.
Control Valve F1 – F5 : Control valve is directly mounted on the piston. F6 & F9 : Control valve is built in the cylinder. F1 - F5

Stroke Adjuster Available for F11 and larger Adjusts piston stroke. LONG stroke or SHORT stroke. LONG stroke: less number of blows. 100% blows. SHORT stroke: more number of blows. 150% blows but 70% force of LONG stroke For hard rock use LONG stroke. For soft or cracked rock, use SHORT stroke.
Choice of AUTOMATIC STOP valve. Named “Anti idle blow” Quit blows when rock is broke. To restart simply press the rod against the rock. *Only active at LONG stroke position.
