Brief bio-profile Mark Kwan is a quality, food safety, and laboratory management systems specialist for more than fifteen (15) years. He received both Bachelor of Science degrees in Medical Laboratory Science, and Biology, and finished a post graduate Diploma course in Industrial Instrumentation and Process Control. Mark was Certified ServSafe Food Protection Manager by the US National Restaurant Association in 2011. He also passed both the IRCA ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems Lead Auditor’s Course in 2010, and the IRCA ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor’s Course in 2007.
