Automatic sliding doors with remote control

FORWARD TILTING HINGE FRONT DOOR

The automatic sliding doors makes getting in and out easier especially in tight parking situations. The doors can be opened via remote or from the driver’s seat. The automatic sliding doors are also equipped with anti-pinch sensors that reverse the closing process when an obstacle is detected.

The front doors open tilted forward by 7 degrees, this leaves 200mm of overhead space, helping you avoid accidental knocks.

EASY ACCESS AND LOW TAILGATE OPENING

One step low floor with Grip Assist

Load and unload cargo easily with the low tailgate opening. The side door opening width of 600mm allows easy access to the second and third row of seats too.

Children and the elderly will have no trouble ascending and descending with the Freed’s one step low floor and grip assist (height of 1010mm).

It holds all the controls neatly, keeping the centre free of obstruction. It also gives more passenger space, café style. TILT STEERING Steer the Freed without compromising on positioning.

From anti-pinch sensors that detect obstacles during closing operation, to having an auto locking fuel lid, these are just some of the reasons Freed can truly claim to have all angles covered. SHIFT HOLD CONTROL + GRADE LOGIC CONTROL

ABS is an Anti-lock Braking System that stops the wheels from locking up. Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) helps to evenly spread the braking force to maintain stability. Brake Assist (BA) supplies even more brakeforce under emergency braking to bring the car to a safe stop.

Stable driving around corners by holding a low gear is standard for the Freed; it even features Grade Logic Control for traversing hills.

FUEL LID AUTO LOCK SAFETY SYSTEM

G-FORCE CONTROL (G-CON) TECHNOLOGY

The fuel lid auto lock safety system is a mechanism which prevents the sliding door from opening fully when the fuel lid is open.

A G-CON chassis disperses crash impact over the frame of the body. It also has Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE), which allows for greater crash compatibility with other cars.
