AFFIDAVIT I, Muhammad Yousuf S/o Haji Umar, Muslim, adult, R/o 18-A, Dada Bhai Town, Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Karachi do hereby State on oath as under:1. That I say that I am the Appellant in the above matter, as such am fully conversant with the facts of the case. 2. That I say that accompanying Application under section 21(2) of the Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 has been drafted under my instruction and filed by me and contents whereof may be treated as part and parcel of this affidavit for the sake of brevity. 3. That I say that there is serious apprehension of my dispossession as the respondent may file execution at any time for the execution of illegal, unlawful order passed by the learned trial Court. 4. That Unless the instant application is granted the Appellants will suffer heavy Civil Injuries and irreparable losses. 5.
