Create Characteristic Distance, Time, and Fuel. Create Measuring Counter for Distance, Time, and Fuel. Create Fleet Object as Equipment. Record the Consumption of Fuel in IFCU. Reporting in the Transaction MCIZ.

Step#1: Create Characteristic as Distance: Sap Menu LogisticsPlant MaintenanceManagement of technical objects Environment Measuring pointsCharacteristics Management.

Create Characteristic as Distance-1. Enter the required data in the following fields.

After Entering the required data, click on the

button.

Then it will be saved as

Create Characteristic as Time-1. Enter the required data in the following fields.

After Entering the required data, click on the

button.

Then it will be saved as

Create Characteristic as Fuel-1. Enter the required data in the following fields.

After Entering the required data, click on the

button.

Then it will be saved as

Step#2: Create the Fleet Object as Equipment: Sap Menu: Logistics Plant Maintenance Management of Technical Objects Equipment create Special Fleet object.

Or T-code: IE31 to create fleet object.

Click on the Fleet object to get the following screen as follows.

Enter the required data in the following fields.

Equipment: Leave the Field Blank Valid On: System will propose the current date. Vehicle Type: Enter 2500. Or select from F4 as

Equipment Category: Enter the appropriate Equipment Category. Or select from F4 as

By Clicking on the Fleet object in the above screen, the following Create Fleet Object Screen will be appeared. Enter the required data in the following screen as. Description: Test Fleet Object In the General Tab: Vehicle Type as 2500 or select from the F4.

In the Organization Tab: Enter the following details as; Company Code: 1000 Cost Center : 4300 Planning Plant: 1000 Main Work Center: Mechanik / 1000 Maintenance Plant: 1000

Work Center : Mechanik Sort Field: Test

In the Vehicle ID/ Measurements tab: Enter the Vehicle Type : 2500

In the Vehicle Technology Tab: Enter the following details as: Usage Indicator : 1 as Business use or select using F4 as

Primary fuel: Diesel or select using F4

Mat . Consumption: A Or select using F4.

Calcul Method: 1 or select using the F4

After Entering the required data, click on the

button.

The Equipment will be saved with a number as fleet object.

Step#3: Create the Measuring Counter for the fleet Equipment with the three defined charecteristics Distance-1; Time-1; Fuel1: Create Measuring Counter for the Equipment:

By clicking on the Create in the above screen, the following Create Measuring Point: Initial Screen will get appeared. Enter the Required fields as follows: MeasPoint Object: IEQ for Equipment. Equipment: Enter the Equipment Number i.e the fleet object Number. MeasPt Category: M If counter is required the check the box of Measpoint is Counter.

Click on the Enter to get the following screen.

Enter the following details as follows; Meas Position: Distance-1 Description: For measuring distance

In the General Data: Characteristic: Distance-1 .

In the Counter Data: CntrOver Readg: Enter the counter over reading as 9999. Annual Estimate: Enter the annual estimate readings as 3650.

After Entering the required data, click on the

button.

The measuring point is saved as counter with the number as follows.

Create the Measurement Document: Create the measuring document for the measuring point of distance-1. T-Code IK11. Enter the following details as follows in the required fields.

Enter the counter reading as 100.

After Entering the required data, click on the button.

The measuring document will be saved with the number.

Create measuring point : Meas Position: Time-1 Description: For measuring Time

In the General Data: Characteristic: Time-1 .

In the Counter Data: CntrOver Readg: Enter the counter over reading as 9999. Annual Estimate: Enter the annual estimate readings as 3650.

After Entering the required data, click on the

button.

The measuring point is saved as counter with the number as follows.

Create the Measurement Document: Create the measuring document for the measuring point of Time-1. T-Code IK11. Enter the following details as follows in the required fields.

Enter the counter reading as 10 hrs.

After Entering the required data, click on the

button.

The measuring document will be saved with the number.

Create measuring point : Meas Position: Fuel-1 Description: For measuring Time

In the General Data: Characteristic: Fuel-1 .

In the Counter Data: CntrOver Readg: Enter the counter over reading as 9999. Annual Estimate: Enter the annual estimate readings as 3650.

After Entering the required data, click on the

button.

The measuring point is saved as counter with the number as follows.

Create the Measurement Document: Create the measuring document for the measuring point of Fuel-1. T-Code IK11. Enter the following details as follows in the required fields.

Enter the counter reading as 100 Litres.

After Entering the required data, click on the

button.

Step#4: Consumption-Relevant Measurement Document Recording. Transaction Code- IFCU. Enter the Equipment : 2000000000000002. Gas Station: Z001 or select from F4.

The measuring document will be saved with the number.

Enter the Consumed quantity in the Consumption tab, in the consumed Qty column as per the measurement document readings.

Then click on save

button.

Then the document will be produced as follows.
